瓦軸集團(tuán)軋機(jī)軸承生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:軸承作為機(jī)械設(shè)備中必不可少也是舉足輕重的零部件,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)防建設(shè)中具有重要的作用,目前我國(guó)軸承行業(yè)已經(jīng)得到了飛速的發(fā)展,但在一些高端市場(chǎng)和特殊領(lǐng)域還要依賴進(jìn)口,軸承的質(zhì)量還需要不斷的提高。軸承的壽命和可靠性還不能完全滿足主機(jī)發(fā)展的要求。瓦軸集團(tuán)作為中國(guó)軸承行業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍人物,雖然在產(chǎn)能上占據(jù)了一定優(yōu)勢(shì),但在軸承質(zhì)量方面還需要進(jìn)一步提高,尤其是目前用戶對(duì)軋機(jī)軸承的抱怨不斷升高,軋機(jī)軸承頻繁出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題,滾道剝落、軸承碎裂、保持架等問題影響了軸承的使用壽命,因此,我們有必要對(duì)影響軸承質(zhì)量的原因進(jìn)行深入研究,以提高軸承的使用壽命,贏得用戶的認(rèn)可。 本文通過對(duì)瓦軸集團(tuán)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品軋機(jī)軸承生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量控制研究,來提高軋機(jī)軸承的質(zhì)量,解決軋機(jī)軸承壽命及可靠性低的問題,以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的要求,提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并爭(zhēng)取早日實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)軸承替代進(jìn)口。 首先,本文對(duì)瓦軸集團(tuán)的軋機(jī)軸承產(chǎn)品發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了簡(jiǎn)單的分析,并通過與國(guó)外軋機(jī)軸承的對(duì)比,明確存在的差距,,并分析了瓦軸集團(tuán)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀。其次,統(tǒng)計(jì)了軋機(jī)軸承在用戶中出現(xiàn)較頻繁的質(zhì)量問題,通過對(duì)影響軋機(jī)軸承產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的原因進(jìn)行分析,明確了設(shè)備的加工能力、軸承的設(shè)計(jì)方法是影響軸承質(zhì)量問題的主要原因。并通過對(duì)設(shè)備的改造和軋機(jī)軸承產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),來提高軋機(jī)軸承的質(zhì)量,實(shí)行了生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量控制。同時(shí),通過對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的持續(xù)改進(jìn)情況進(jìn)行探討,把軋機(jī)軸承的質(zhì)量控制作為一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的質(zhì)量行為來控制,以期得到穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 本文以質(zhì)量管理理論為基礎(chǔ),主要通過對(duì)鋼廠進(jìn)行走訪獲得軋機(jī)軸承在用戶中使用的情況,并采用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)影響軋機(jī)軸承壽命的原因進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制。通過本文的研究,解決了瓦軸集團(tuán)軋機(jī)軸承使用壽命低的問題,滿足了用戶的要求。
[Abstract]:Bearing, as an indispensable and important part in mechanical equipment, plays an important role in the national economy and national defense construction. At present, the bearing industry in China has been developing rapidly. But in some high-end markets and special areas have to rely on imports, bearing quality also needs to continue to improve. The life and reliability of the bearing can not fully meet the requirements of the development of the main engine. As the leading figure in China's bearing industry, although it occupies a certain advantage in production capacity, it still needs to further improve its bearing quality, especially in the light of the rising complaints from customers about rolling mill bearings at present. There are frequent quality problems in rolling mill bearings, such as raceway spalling, bearing fragmentation, cage and so on, which affect the service life of bearings. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deeply study the causes affecting bearing quality in order to improve the service life of bearings. Win the user's approval. In this paper, the quality control of rolling mill bearings, which is the main product of the rolling mill, is studied in order to improve the quality of rolling mill bearings and solve the problems of low service life and reliability of rolling mill bearings, so as to meet the requirements of the market and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. And strive for the early realization of domestic bearings to replace imports. Firstly, this paper makes a simple analysis on the development trend of rolling mill bearing products of the bearing group, and through the comparison with the foreign rolling mill bearings, it makes clear the existing gap, and analyzes the present situation of the quality management of the rolling mill bearing group. Secondly, the frequent quality problems of rolling mill bearings are analyzed, and the processing ability of the equipment is clarified by analyzing the reasons that affect the product quality of rolling mill bearings. Bearing design method is the main cause of bearing quality problem. By improving the equipment and optimizing the design of rolling mill bearing product, the quality of rolling mill bearing is improved, and the quality control of production process is carried out. At the same time, through the discussion of the continuous improvement of quality control, the quality control of rolling mill bearings is regarded as a long-term quality behavior in order to obtain stable product quality. Based on the theory of quality management, this paper obtains the use of rolling mill bearings in customers by visiting the steel mills, and analyzes the reasons that affect the life of rolling mill bearings by statistical method. Use knowledge of quality management to control the quality of production process. Through the research of this paper, the problem of low service life of rolling mill bearing of bearing shaft group is solved, and the requirement of customer is satisfied.
