【摘要】：能源不僅與經濟社會的發(fā)展密切相關,而且是影響國際政治、軍事和外交的重要因素。在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化生產中,能源是主要的動力來源,是經濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要物質基礎�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的能源經濟既滿要足經濟發(fā)展需要,又要滿足人類生存環(huán)境與生態(tài)健康的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,既滿足當代人對能源的需求,又滿足后代人可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的能源經濟不僅包括一次能源如煤炭、石油等的開發(fā)、運輸、加工、轉化、分配以及使用環(huán)節(jié)這些因素,而且是一個將經濟、社會及生態(tài)因素等作為重要組成部分的復雜系統(tǒng)。 本文通過對內蒙古能源現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出內蒙古地區(qū)能源資源豐富、應用前景廣闊,依托豐富的煤炭、天然氣及石油資源,大力發(fā)展與之相關的煤炭工業(yè)、電力工業(yè)、石油天然氣工業(yè),實現(xiàn)了經濟跨越式發(fā)展,指出能源產業(yè)已成為內蒙古第一大支柱產業(yè),不僅大大促進了當?shù)亟洕目焖侔l(fā)展,也為全國能源供給做出了巨大的貢獻。通過對內蒙古能源生產及消費數(shù)據的比對,指出煤炭仍是內蒙古能源生產的重點,能源結構單一,資源利用率低、環(huán)境破壞嚴重等問題,必須改變以煤炭為主的能源結構,積極發(fā)展新能源及可再生能源。通過總結發(fā)達國家能源經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,分析內蒙古能源經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展中存在著煤炭開發(fā)不合理,導致資源浪費與環(huán)境破壞,電力工業(yè)還不發(fā)達,新能源及可再生能源開發(fā)力度不夠等問題,提出通過優(yōu)化產業(yè)結構,轉變經濟發(fā)展方式,發(fā)展循環(huán)經濟,積極開發(fā)利用新能源等一系列提升能源利用效率,促進能源經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Energy is not only closely related to economic and social development, but also an important factor affecting international politics, military and diplomacy. In modern industrial production, energy is the main source of power and an important material basis for sustainable economic and social development. The energy economy of sustainable development should not only meet the needs of economic development, but also meet the sustainable development of human living environment and ecological health. It not only meets the energy needs of the present generation, but also meets the sustainable development needs of future generations. A sustainable energy economy includes not only the development, transportation, processing, transformation, distribution and use of primary energy sources such as coal and oil, but also a combination of economic development, Social and ecological factors as an important component of the complex system. Based on the analysis of the present situation of energy in Inner Mongolia, this paper points out that Inner Mongolia is rich in energy resources and has broad application prospects. Relying on abundant coal, natural gas and petroleum resources, the paper vigorously develops the related coal industry and electric power industry. The petroleum and natural gas industry has realized the economic development by leaps and bounds, pointing out that the energy industry has become the first pillar industry in Inner Mongolia, which has not only greatly promoted the rapid development of the local economy, but also made a great contribution to the national energy supply. By comparing the data of energy production and consumption in Inner Mongolia, it is pointed out that coal is still the focus of energy production in Inner Mongolia, the energy structure is single, the utilization ratio of resources is low, the environment is seriously damaged, and so on, the energy structure based on coal must be changed. Actively develop new and renewable energy sources. By summing up the road of sustainable development of energy economy in developed countries, this paper analyzes the unreasonable development of coal in the sustainable development of energy economy in Inner Mongolia, which leads to the waste of resources and environmental damage, and the underdevelopment of electric power industry. New and renewable energy development is not strong enough, so it is proposed to improve energy efficiency by optimizing industrial structure, changing the mode of economic development, developing circular economy, actively developing and utilizing new energy, etc. Countermeasures and suggestions for promoting sustainable development of energy economy.
