【摘要】：近年來,世界橡膠工業(yè)不斷加快了由發(fā)達國家向發(fā)展中國家轉(zhuǎn)移的步伐,出現(xiàn)了西方發(fā)達國家橡膠行業(yè)發(fā)展停滯不前,中國橡膠行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展的新格局。而中國橡膠行業(yè)從業(yè)企業(yè)非常分散,基礎(chǔ)研究薄弱,低端產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)能過剩,高端產(chǎn)品缺乏,品牌美譽度較低,在世界橡膠行業(yè)中缺乏話語權(quán)。加之在2010年不到一年的時間里,中國天然橡膠價格翻了一倍,原材料價格瘋狂上漲。瑞士、印度、巴西、土耳其、美國等國家又先后對中國實施貿(mào)易壁壘、技術(shù)壁壘等限制性措施,中國橡膠行業(yè)面臨前所未有的困境,橡膠谷在這時以一種高度融合的行業(yè)生態(tài)圈的發(fā)展模式應運而生。 本文研究內(nèi)容立足于橡膠谷發(fā)展的基本特征,分析了橡膠谷的基本情況,在闡述行業(yè)生態(tài)圈理論之后,將橡膠谷定位成一個以行業(yè)生態(tài)圈模式發(fā)展的生態(tài)化的園區(qū),對橡膠谷行業(yè)生態(tài)圈發(fā)展模式的生態(tài)化水平進行定量評價,分析得出橡膠谷行業(yè)生態(tài)圈的生態(tài)化水平,最后提出提升橡膠谷生態(tài)化水平的戰(zhàn)略建議。本文共分為六個部分：第一部分從與行業(yè)生態(tài)圈相關(guān)的理論背景出發(fā),闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論的含義與發(fā)展；第二部分對行業(yè)生態(tài)圈理論進行了初步探索,通過與自然生態(tài)圈比較研究,闡述了行業(yè)生態(tài)圈的定義,建立了行業(yè)生態(tài)圈結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對其進行了生態(tài)因子分析,并分析了制約行業(yè)生態(tài)圈發(fā)展的因素；第三部分運用邏輯斯蒂增長模型和LV模型,理論上闡述了橡膠谷行業(yè)生態(tài)圈內(nèi)企業(yè)之間的競爭、互利上下游關(guān)系,對行業(yè)生態(tài)圈的生態(tài)平衡進行分析,建立行業(yè)生態(tài)圈生態(tài)化水平評價指標體系；第四部分通過對橡膠谷的實地調(diào)研和深入了解,運用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對橡膠谷的生態(tài)化水平進行評價,從定量分析中說明橡膠谷行業(yè)生態(tài)圈生態(tài)化水平的發(fā)展狀況；第五部分對橡膠谷的生態(tài)化水平提升戰(zhàn)略即取向進行設(shè)計研究,提出橡膠谷發(fā)展的推進和保障措施。第六部分對全文做了總結(jié),提出本文研究的不足之處,并對未來的研究進行展望。 本文在查閱和統(tǒng)計大量數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,多角度的分析了橡膠谷目前的行業(yè)狀況和其未來的發(fā)展方向,力求較為全面的總結(jié)影響橡膠谷行業(yè)生態(tài)圈生態(tài)化水平的各個指標及影響因素,提出能促進橡膠谷更好發(fā)展的推進和保障措施,為以后以行業(yè)生態(tài)圈為發(fā)展模式的企業(yè)提供良好的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the world rubber industry has been speeding up the pace of transfer from developed countries to developing countries, and a new pattern of rapid development of rubber industry in China has emerged. The Chinese rubber industry is very dispersed, basic research is weak, low-end products overcapacity, lack of high-end products, brand reputation is low, lack of voice in the world rubber industry. In less than a year in 2010, China's natural rubber prices doubled, and raw material prices soared. Switzerland, India, Brazil, Turkey, the United States and other countries have successively imposed restrictive measures such as trade barriers and technical barriers on China. China's rubber industry is facing unprecedented difficulties. Rubber Valley at this time with a highly integrated industry biosphere development model came into being. Based on the basic characteristics of rubber valley development, this paper analyzes the basic situation of rubber valley, after expounding the theory of industry ecosphere, the rubber valley is positioned as an ecological park with the pattern of industry ecosphere. The ecological level of rubber valley industry ecosphere is evaluated quantitatively, and the ecological level of rubber valley industry is analyzed. Finally, some strategic suggestions are put forward to improve the ecological level of rubber valley. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part expounds the meaning and development of industrial cluster theory and enterprise development strategy theory from the theoretical background related to the industry ecosphere, the second part has carried on the preliminary exploration to the industry ecological circle theory, the second part has carried on the preliminary exploration to the industry ecological circle theory, Through the comparative study with the natural ecosphere, this paper expounds the definition of the industry ecosphere, establishes the industrial ecosphere structure model, analyzes the ecological factors, and analyzes the factors restricting the development of the industry ecosphere. In the third part, by using the logical growth model and LV model, the competition among the enterprises in the rubber valley industry ecosphere is expounded theoretically, and the relationship between upstream and downstream of mutual benefit is analyzed, and the ecological balance of the industry ecosphere is analyzed. On the basis of consulting and statistics of a large number of data, this paper analyzes the current situation of rubber valley industry and its future development direction from many angles. Aiming at summing up the indexes and influencing factors that affect the ecological level of rubber valley industry, putting forward the promotion and safeguard measures that can promote the better development of rubber valley, It provides a good theoretical basis and practical reference for the enterprises which take the industry ecological circle as the development model.
