【摘要】：自2011年4月,國土資源部全面實行礦業(yè)權(quán)設(shè)置方案制度以來,在礦業(yè)權(quán)布局、礦業(yè)權(quán)投放調(diào)控方面起到了積極的作用。但是在礦業(yè)權(quán)設(shè)置方案合規(guī)性審查中,仍有許多技術(shù)性問題存在。本文總結(jié)了礦業(yè)權(quán)設(shè)置方案合規(guī)性審查中的一些常見的問題并進行了分析,提出解決方式。
[Abstract]:Since April 2011, the Ministry of Land and Resources has fully implemented the system of mining rights setting scheme, which has played an active role in the distribution of mining rights and the regulation and control of mining rights. However, there are still many technical problems in the examination of the compliance of mining right setting scheme. This paper summarizes some common problems in the examination of the compliance of mining right setting scheme, analyzes them and puts forward some solutions.
