【摘要】：配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化是實(shí)施智能化配電網(wǎng)的重要手段，是提高配電網(wǎng)供電可靠性的必然需要，是電力系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。對(duì)配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行科學(xué)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)，有利于衡量項(xiàng)目的整體施工情況，，并能為后續(xù)工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施提供決策依據(jù)。景縣配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目是為提高供電可靠性，優(yōu)化配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行方式，改善供電質(zhì)量，提高設(shè)備利用率，提高能源的利用效率，達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的目的。 本文在閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)的整體研究思路。本文首先介紹論文的研究背景及意義，然后介紹配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化的基本情況，包括配電網(wǎng)涵義及其特點(diǎn)，以及配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的含義及其模型，根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化建設(shè)原則，闡述配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化與智能電網(wǎng)的關(guān)系；接著對(duì)景縣的配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了概述，主要包括景縣城網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和景縣配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化建設(shè)的必要性；統(tǒng)籌考慮景縣配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、技術(shù)效益和社會(huì)綜合效益等問(wèn)題，據(jù)此建立景縣配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，最后應(yīng)用模糊層次分析法對(duì)景縣的配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究。結(jié)果顯示項(xiàng)目綜合效益很好，可以緩解供電壓力，減少故障次數(shù)，縮短事故范圍，運(yùn)行人員分析、診斷、報(bào)告事故原因的壓力，能顯著提高運(yùn)行管理能力。
[Abstract]:Distribution automation is an important means to implement intelligent distribution network, is an inevitable need to improve the reliability of distribution network power supply, is the inevitable trend of power system modernization development. A scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of distribution network automation project is helpful to measure the overall construction situation of the project and to provide a decision basis for the implementation of the subsequent project. The project of distribution automation in Jingxian County is to improve the reliability of power supply, optimize the operation mode of distribution network, improve the quality of power supply, improve the utilization ratio of equipment, improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and achieve the purpose of economic operation. On the basis of reading relevant documents, this paper puts forward the overall research idea of comprehensive evaluation of distribution network automation project. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the paper, then introduces the basic situation of distribution network automation, including the meaning and characteristics of distribution network, as well as the meaning and model of distribution network automation system, according to the principles of distribution network automation construction. The relationship between distribution network automation and smart grid is expounded, and then the construction of distribution network automation in Jingxian is summarized, including the present situation of Jingxian city network and the necessity of Jingxian distribution automation construction. Considering the economic benefit, technical benefit and social comprehensive benefit of distribution automation project in Jingxian as a whole, the evaluation index system of distribution automation project in Jingxian is established. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of distribution automation projects in Jingxian County. The results show that the comprehensive benefit of the project is very good, which can relieve the pressure of power supply, reduce the number of failures, shorten the range of accidents, analyze, diagnose and report the causes of accidents, and improve the ability of operation management.
