【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的今天,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步和全球一體化不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境越來(lái)越激烈,供應(yīng)鏈管理的高低已經(jīng)成為決定企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勝負(fù)的關(guān)鍵,庫(kù)存管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理最重要的內(nèi)容之一,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開始認(rèn)識(shí)到提高供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理水平可以增加企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,建立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),是企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要手段。 供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫(kù)存管理不再是單個(gè)企業(yè)的庫(kù)存控制問(wèn)題,而是通過(guò)庫(kù)存管理獲得用戶服務(wù)與利潤(rùn)的優(yōu)化。供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫(kù)存管理模式的最高境界是實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的無(wú)縫連接,消除供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)之間的高庫(kù)存現(xiàn)象,最終使得整個(gè)社會(huì)的庫(kù)存最小化。 本文以SD公司為研究對(duì)象,側(cè)重分析了SD公司的庫(kù)存現(xiàn)狀,存在的問(wèn)題以及形成問(wèn)題的原因,結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理的相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)以下五個(gè)方面來(lái)指出加強(qiáng)和優(yōu)化SD公司的庫(kù)存管理。第一：提高需求預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性,改善客戶訂單管理水平；第二：加強(qiáng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理,提高庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性；第三：提高銷售運(yùn)作計(jì)劃,多部門協(xié)調(diào)庫(kù)存管理,第四,推廣供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理模式,特別是供應(yīng)商寄售的零庫(kù)存管理模式；最后從加強(qiáng)庫(kù)存水平監(jiān)督,庫(kù)存預(yù)測(cè)體系的建立等方面來(lái)提出完善庫(kù)存管理體系。其中優(yōu)化的措施也希望能給其它同類型企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21st century, with the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous development of global integration, enterprises are facing a more and more fierce competitive environment, the level of supply chain management has become the key to determine the success or failure of enterprise competition. Inventory management is one of the most important contents of supply chain management. More and more enterprises begin to realize that increasing the level of inventory management in supply chain can increase the economic benefits of enterprises and establish competitive advantage, which is an important means for the sustainable development of enterprises. Inventory management in supply chain environment is no longer an inventory control problem of a single enterprise, but the optimization of customer service and profit through inventory management. The highest level of inventory management mode in supply chain environment is to realize the seamless connection of supply chain, eliminate the phenomenon of high inventory among supply chain enterprises, and finally minimize the inventory of the whole society. Taking SD Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the inventory status, existing problems and the causes of the problems in SD Company, and combines with the relevant theories of supply chain inventory management. Through the following five aspects to strengthen and optimize the SD company inventory management. First: improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, improve customer order management level; second: strengthen warehouse management, improve the accuracy of inventory data; third: improve sales operations plan, multi-departmental coordination of inventory management, fourth, This paper extends the supply chain inventory management model, especially the zero inventory management model of supplier consignment, and finally puts forward the improvement of inventory management system from the aspects of strengthening inventory level supervision and establishing inventory forecasting system. The optimization measures also hope to provide some reference for other similar enterprises inventory management.
