【摘要】：火電在電力結(jié)構(gòu)中占有重要地位,火電裝機(jī)容量的增長和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展有效地保證了電力安全可靠的供應(yīng)和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長。但是,近年來火電經(jīng)營困難、持續(xù)虧損,改善火電的經(jīng)營狀況和保持火電的可持續(xù)發(fā)展迫在眉睫。深入研究火電企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效,探討影響火電企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效的影響因素具有重要的意義。 本文在對整體火電行業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況分析、火電上市公司經(jīng)營績效綜合評價(jià)和案例火電廠成本結(jié)構(gòu)及利潤敏感性分析三個(gè)層次的研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出了當(dāng)前火電經(jīng)營發(fā)展中存在的問題,分析了火電經(jīng)營困難的深層次原因。首先通過對績效評價(jià)方法的比較,選擇了功效系數(shù)法與層次分析法相結(jié)合的綜合評價(jià)方法,建立了三層次四維度的指標(biāo)體系,對19家樣本火電上市公司2008年至2011年的經(jīng)營績效進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià),得出了當(dāng)前火電企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效不佳的結(jié)論。其次文章通過對案例火電廠進(jìn)行成本結(jié)構(gòu)分析和利潤敏感性分析,從影響盈利能力的角度分析火電企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效的影響因素,同時(shí)對外部政策環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,得到外部影響因素。最后在得出影響火電企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效最主要因素的基礎(chǔ)上,針對政府和企業(yè)兩個(gè)對象提出不同的建議,為政府和企業(yè)提供決策參考,以期能夠?qū)痣娖髽I(yè)經(jīng)營績效的提升提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:Thermal power plays an important role in the power structure. The growth and steady development of thermal power installed capacity effectively ensure the safe and reliable supply of power and the rapid growth of national economy. However, in recent years, it is urgent to improve the operation condition of thermal power and keep the sustainable development of thermal power. It is of great significance to study the operating performance of thermal power enterprises and to discuss the factors that affect the performance of thermal power enterprises. Based on the analysis of the operation situation of the whole thermal power industry, the comprehensive evaluation of the operating performance of listed thermal power companies and the cost structure and profit sensitivity analysis of thermal power plants, This paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of thermal power operation and analyzes the deep reasons for the difficulties in the operation of thermal power plants. First of all, through the comparison of the performance evaluation methods, the comprehensive evaluation method combining the efficiency coefficient method and the analytic hierarchy process is selected, and the index system of three levels and four dimensions is established. This paper comprehensively evaluates the operating performance of 19 listed thermal power companies from 2008 to 2011, and draws the conclusion that the current performance of thermal power enterprises is poor. Secondly, by analyzing the cost structure and profit sensitivity of thermal power plants, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the performance of thermal power enterprises from the perspective of profitability, and analyzes the external policy environment. External factors are obtained. Finally, on the basis of finding out the most important factors that affect the performance of thermal power enterprises, different suggestions are put forward for the two objects of government and enterprises, which can provide a reference for the government and enterprises to make decisions. In order to improve the performance of thermal power enterprises to provide reference and help.
