【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著我們國(guó)家適當(dāng)?shù)姆艑捔巳谫Y、貸款等各項(xiàng)制度,各地民營(yíng)的吊裝公司如雨后春筍般紛紛成立,同時(shí)部分國(guó)營(yíng)企業(yè)也加大了對(duì)吊裝設(shè)備的投資,特別是對(duì)大噸位吊車的投資使得起重吊裝行業(yè)有了激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。中油二建吊裝公司在這種狀況下,面對(duì)外界的威脅和機(jī)遇,規(guī)避自身的劣勢(shì),把握自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),形成有力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎(chǔ),采用SWOT分析方法,通過(guò)對(duì)吊裝公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析和所在行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況分析,使用IFE和EFE矩陣對(duì)吊裝公司面臨的機(jī)遇和威脅、自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了研究,綜合考慮后利用QSPM矩陣得出了吊裝公司下一步發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,并就公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和保障提出了建議。旨在為中油二建吊裝公司尋求一種最佳的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式。
[Abstract]:At present, with the appropriate relaxation of the financing, loan and other systems in our country, local private hoisting companies have sprung up one after another, and some state-owned enterprises have also increased their investment in hoisting equipment. Especially the investment in large-tonnage crane makes the hoisting industry have fierce competition. Under this condition, it is urgent for PetroChina to avoid its own disadvantages, grasp its own advantages and form a competitive strategy in the face of external threats and opportunities. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper adopts SWOT analysis method, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of hoisting companies and the market competition situation of their industries, using IFE and EFE matrix to hoisting companies facing opportunities and threats. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the hoisting company are studied, and the competitive strategy of the hoisting company is obtained by using QSPM matrix, and some suggestions are put forward for the implementation and guarantee of the competitive strategy of the hoisting company. The aim is to seek a kind of best competitive way for CNPC II Construction and erection Company.
