智能手機(jī)制造企業(yè)的合作研發(fā)策略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化格局的大背景下,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和通信技術(shù)得到迅猛發(fā)展,致使智能手機(jī)市場(chǎng)的格局也在不斷地發(fā)生變化,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。為了提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,越來越多的智能手機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)開始選擇與上游軟件開發(fā)商、運(yùn)營商等展開研發(fā)合作,以減少創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、縮短新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)周期,智能手機(jī)企業(yè)間合作研發(fā)的趨勢(shì)越來越顯著。 本文以智能手機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為背景,從供應(yīng)鏈的視角對(duì)智能手機(jī)企業(yè)的合作研發(fā)策略行為進(jìn)行分析。首先,文章介紹了智能手機(jī)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),提出智能手機(jī)行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì);其次,闡述了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略理論,從一般的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略延伸出企業(yè)研發(fā)與合作研發(fā)策略。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析企業(yè)合作研發(fā)模式選擇的原則及影響因素,并建立上下游企業(yè)合作研發(fā)的博弈模型進(jìn)行分析。本文認(rèn)為企業(yè)選擇合作研發(fā)策略比非合作研發(fā)策略能夠得到更高的利潤(rùn),,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化的目標(biāo),明確了企業(yè)為了更好的在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持行業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位應(yīng)該選擇怎樣的研發(fā)策略。 最后,文章以諾基亞公司和三星公司為例,對(duì)兩家企業(yè)選擇不合作研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)兩種策略的效果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證上述分析的結(jié)果,并給中國智能手機(jī)廠商在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中如何發(fā)展提供了一些有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, under the background of global economic integration, mobile Internet and communication technology have developed rapidly, resulting in the smart phone market pattern is constantly changing, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, more and more smartphone manufacturers begin to choose R & D cooperation with upstream software developers and operators in order to reduce innovation risks and shorten the R & D cycle of new products. The trend of cooperative R & D among smartphone enterprises is becoming more and more obvious. Based on the development of smartphone industry, this paper analyzes the cooperative R & D strategy behavior of smartphone enterprises from the perspective of supply chain. Firstly, the paper introduces the competition situation of the smart phone industry, and puts forward the future development trend of the smart phone industry. Secondly, it expounds the theory of enterprise competition strategy, which extends the enterprise R & D and cooperative R & D strategy from the general competition strategy. On this basis, the principles and influencing factors of cooperative R & D mode selection are analyzed, and the game model of upstream and downstream cooperative R & D is established. This paper argues that enterprises can obtain higher profits and achieve the goal of maximizing profits by choosing cooperative R & D strategies than non-cooperative R & D strategies. In order to better maintain the leading position in the fierce competition, the enterprise should choose the research and development strategy. Finally, taking Nokia and Samsung as examples, the paper analyzes the effects of the two companies' choice of non-cooperative R & D and cooperative R & D, and verifies the results of the above analysis. It also provides some useful enlightenment for Chinese smartphone manufacturers to develop in the market competition.
