【摘要】：組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變革和發(fā)展是企業(yè)管理理論研究的一個重要課題,同時也是企業(yè)管理的一個重要實踐問題�，F(xiàn)代企業(yè)組織正面臨這一個復(fù)雜的市場環(huán)境,若要在激烈的競爭中立于不敗之地,求得生存和發(fā)展,企業(yè)必須制定出適應(yīng)企業(yè)自身發(fā)展以及外部環(huán)境變化的方向明確的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,同時隨著戰(zhàn)略的演變,企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)也要跟隨企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)生變革。外資企業(yè)在華的組織結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展,雖然使本土企業(yè)產(chǎn)生激烈的競爭,但也為本土企業(yè)提供了良好的學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒機會。 論文基于企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)外資企業(yè)在華組織結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的特點,結(jié)合三家不同在華投資的外資輪胎企業(yè)案例對比分析,采用文獻研究和案例結(jié)合的方法,對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略與企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)演化之間的關(guān)系進行分析,力求從中總結(jié)出企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)演化方面的一般規(guī)律。 全文共分四個部分：第一部分為緒論。介紹本論文的研究背景、意義、相關(guān)理論和文獻綜述；第二部分介紹外資輪胎企業(yè)在華的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展分析；第三部分介紹外資輪胎企業(yè)在華組織結(jié)構(gòu)演化分析；第四部分通過對三家典型在華外資輪胎企業(yè)案例對比分析,總結(jié)出市場環(huán)境的變化、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整與組織結(jié)構(gòu)演變之間存在著關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。 通過研究,本文得出的結(jié)論有：第一,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的變化是受市場環(huán)境的變化影響的,第二,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的變化一定導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生調(diào)整；第三,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的變化一定導(dǎo)致企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)向龐大化,精細化,寬度化,深層次化方向發(fā)展;第四,證實了錢德勒的“結(jié)構(gòu)跟隨戰(zhàn)略”基礎(chǔ)理論。
[Abstract]:The reform and development of organizational structure is an important subject in the research of enterprise management theory and also an important practical problem in enterprise management. Modern enterprise organizations are facing this complicated market environment. If they want to be invincible in the fierce competition, they can survive and develop. Enterprises must work out a firm strategy that adapts to the development of the enterprise itself and changes in the external environment. At the same time, with the evolution of the strategy, the organizational structure of the enterprise should also follow the change of the enterprise strategy. The development of the organization structure of foreign-funded enterprises in China makes the local enterprises have fierce competition, but also provides good learning and reference opportunities for local enterprises. Based on the relevant theories of enterprise organizational structure and enterprise strategic development, according to the characteristics of the organizational structure development of foreign-funded enterprises in China, this paper compares and analyzes three foreign tire enterprises with different investment in China. This paper analyzes the relationship between enterprise strategy and the evolution of enterprise organizational structure by using the method of literature research and case study, and tries to sum up the general rules of the evolution of enterprise organizational structure. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction. This paper introduces the research background, significance, relevant theory and literature review; the second part introduces the strategic development of foreign-funded tire enterprises in China, the third part introduces the evolution of the organizational structure of foreign-funded tire enterprises in China. The fourth part summarizes the changes of market environment and the relationship between the adjustment of enterprise strategy and the evolution of organizational structure through the comparative analysis of three typical cases of foreign-funded tire enterprises in China. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the change of enterprise strategy is influenced by the change of market environment; second, the change of enterprise strategy must lead to the adjustment of enterprise's organizational structure; third, The change of enterprise strategy must lead to the development of large, fine, wide and deep organizational structure. Fourthly, it confirms Chandler's basic theory of "structure following strategy".
