【摘要】:新的歷史時(shí)期,我國(guó)施工企業(yè)迎來(lái)了前所未有的歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也面臨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的挑戰(zhàn),如何開發(fā)市場(chǎng)是施工企業(yè)面臨的重大難題。運(yùn)用學(xué)習(xí)的各種戰(zhàn)略理論工具和分析方法,全過(guò)程研究并梳理建筑公司市場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。一方面嘗試進(jìn)一步明確核心資源及其屬性,探討基于核心資源的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定方法,豐富理論體系;另一方面分析國(guó)內(nèi)建筑行業(yè)與市場(chǎng)狀況,結(jié)合廉溪建筑公司的實(shí)踐,依據(jù)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的基本理論和分析方法,制定了廉溪建筑公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo),根據(jù)這一目標(biāo)制定了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體措施,以此保證廉溪建筑公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過(guò)市場(chǎng)開發(fā)策略的研究,確定施工企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略方向,尋找適合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,,在市場(chǎng)開發(fā)實(shí)踐中選用簡(jiǎn)捷而實(shí)用的投標(biāo)方法,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文的研究主要提出了本文研究的背景及其選題的意義、研究的內(nèi)容、方法和技術(shù)路線,對(duì)相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧。對(duì)廉溪建筑公司發(fā)展概況做了介紹,分析了公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,比較詳細(xì)分析了廉溪建筑公司市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。論述了廉溪建筑公司市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和總體思路,重點(diǎn)指出了公司市場(chǎng)開發(fā)策略的重點(diǎn)。從實(shí)施的途徑上主要有:完善公司管理團(tuán)隊(duì)體系,優(yōu)化績(jī)效考評(píng)體系以及加強(qiáng)人力資源管理。 本論文的分析方法主要為從理論到實(shí)證、從一般到特殊的分析過(guò)程,最后通過(guò)案例來(lái)研究分析基于核心資源的建筑市場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定。根據(jù)對(duì)廉溪建筑公司的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)分析,總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是:緊緊把握國(guó)家中部崛起以及新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的機(jī)遇,以國(guó)家為“三農(nóng)”服務(wù)的契機(jī),建立一個(gè)資本營(yíng)運(yùn)和管理控制型的企業(yè),拓展相關(guān)經(jīng)營(yíng),有長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴,有相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的實(shí)體專業(yè)施工隊(duì)伍和供應(yīng)商作為保證,最終成為邵陽(yáng)本地以及全省、全國(guó)知名品牌的建筑工程施工企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period, the construction enterprises of our country welcome the unprecedented historical development opportunity, but also face the increasingly fierce competition challenge, how to develop the market is a major problem facing the construction enterprises.Using various strategic theoretical tools and analytical methods, the whole process of research and combing the construction company market development strategy.On the one hand, it attempts to further clarify core resources and their attributes, and probes into the methods of formulating market development strategies based on core resources to enrich the theoretical system; on the other hand, it analyzes the domestic construction industry and market situation, and combines the practice of Lianxi Construction Company.According to the basic theory and analysis method of the enterprise strategy, the strategic development goal of Lianxi Construction Company is formulated, and the concrete measures of implementing the strategy are made according to this goal, so as to ensure the final realization of the strategic goal of Lianxi Construction Company.Through the research of market development strategy, it is very important to determine the strategic direction of the construction enterprise, to find the management strategy suitable for the enterprise's own development, and to choose the simple and practical bidding method in the market development practice.In this paper, the background of the research and the significance of the topic, the content, method and technical route of the research are put forward, and the relevant theoretical basis and literature are reviewed.This paper introduces the development of Lianxi Construction Company, analyzes the internal and external environment of the company's development, and analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of the market development of Lianxi Construction Company.This paper discusses the strategic objectives and general ideas of the market development of Lianxi Construction Company, and points out the key points of the company's market development strategy.The main ways of implementation are to perfect the management team system, optimize the performance appraisal system and strengthen the human resource management.The analysis method of this paper is mainly from theory to demonstration, from general to special analysis process. Finally, through the case study to analyze the construction market development strategy based on core resources.According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Lianxi Construction Company, the overall strategic goal is to firmly grasp the opportunities of the rise of the central part of the country and the construction of new rural areas, and to set up a capital-operating and management-controlled enterprise by taking the state as the opportunity to serve the "three rural areas".Expanding related management, there are long-term strategic business partners, a relatively stable entity professional construction team and suppliers as a guarantee, and eventually become Shaoyang local and provincial, national well-known brand construction construction enterprises.
