中國香精香料行業(yè)出口競爭力與發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:隨著世界各國尤其是發(fā)展中國家經(jīng)濟的快速增長、消費水平的不斷提高,人們對食品、日用品的品質(zhì)的要求越來越高,帶動和加速了世界香料工業(yè)的發(fā)展。 中國香精香料行業(yè)相對于歐美國家起步比較晚,真正起步于20世紀(jì)60年代,經(jīng)過了50年的發(fā)展,我國香精香料行業(yè)在產(chǎn)品數(shù)量、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和管理體制方面都取得了長足的進展,但和世界特別是歐美香精香料行業(yè)相比還存在著巨大的差距。新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和推廣主要靠歐美國家的跨國公司,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新也主要靠歐美公司。本文通過對我國香精香料行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究,對比歐美香精香料行業(yè)特別是世界前四的跨國公司的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和國際競爭力,找出我國香精香料企業(yè)與跨國企業(yè)的差距,并分析及研究其原因,最后給出我國香精香料行業(yè)發(fā)展對策的建議。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國香精香料行業(yè)雖然在各個方面取得了長足的進展,如我國生產(chǎn)銷售和進出口貿(mào)易在不斷增加,但是我們發(fā)現(xiàn)行業(yè)出口競爭力國際比較顯示:我國香精香料行業(yè)原料產(chǎn)品松香松節(jié)油的出口競爭力很強,但是產(chǎn)品平均單價低,附加值低;香水花露水產(chǎn)品的附加值高,但是我國的出口平均單價低,出口競爭力也遠遠不如法國。出口競爭力弱的原因在于企業(yè)層面的差距:我國香精香料企業(yè)在規(guī)模、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、競爭環(huán)境、業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域和企業(yè)發(fā)展歷程與國外跨國公司存在巨大的差距。這些差距導(dǎo)致我國香精香料行業(yè)處于全球價值鏈的低端地位,由此引致一系列問題。因此通過全球價值鏈和國際競爭力研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)我們與國外大公司的差距的各個方面并及時做出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略調(diào)整,對于提升我國香精香料行業(yè)出口應(yīng)變能力和國際競爭力,促進我國香精香料行業(yè)整體水平提高,具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the world economy, especially in the developing countries, and the continuous improvement of the consumption level, people are demanding more and more high quality of food and daily necessities, which has led and accelerated the development of the spice industry in the world.The Chinese flavor industry started relatively late compared with the European and American countries. It really started in the 1960s. After 50 years of development, China's flavor and spice industry has been innovating in terms of product quantity and technology.Great progress has been made in production scale and management system, but there is still a big gap compared with the world, especially in Europe and America.The development and promotion of new products mainly rely on multinational companies in Europe and the United States, and technological innovation mainly depends on European and American companies.Based on the study of the present situation of the development of the essence and spice industry in China, this paper compares the development process, the present situation and the international competitiveness of the European and American flavor industry, especially the top four multinational corporations in the world, and finds out the gap between the Chinese flavor and perfume enterprises and the multinational enterprises.The reasons are analyzed and studied. Finally, suggestions for the development of flavor and spice industry in China are given.It is found that although China's flavor and spice industry has made considerable progress in various aspects, for example, the production, sales, import and export trade of our country is increasing.However, we find that the international comparison of the export competitiveness of the industry shows that: the export competitiveness of rosin rosin rosin and rosin rosin rosin and rosin rosin rosin ro@@But our country's export average unit price is low, the export competitiveness is also far inferior to France.The reason for the weak export competitiveness lies in the gap between the enterprise level: there is a huge gap between the scale, technological innovation, competitive environment, business field and enterprise development process between Chinese flavor and spice enterprises and foreign multinational companies.These differences lead to the low-end position of flavor industry in global value chain, which leads to a series of problems.Therefore, through the research of global value chain and international competitiveness, we find out that the gap between us and foreign large companies and make corresponding development strategy adjustment in time, which will improve the export adaptability and international competitiveness of Chinese flavor industry.It is of great significance to promote the overall level of flavor and spice industry in China.
