【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)大多數(shù)醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)的物流都是由企業(yè)內(nèi)部完成的,醫(yī)藥物流還尚未發(fā)展成熟,正處在起步階段。隨著企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的不斷上漲,藥品中標(biāo)價(jià)格的連年下降,大部分醫(yī)藥商業(yè)企業(yè)利潤(rùn)微薄,很多甚至虧損。一部分實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的醫(yī)藥商業(yè)企業(yè)可以選擇以物流功能為核心向第三方醫(yī)藥物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。 本文應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈物流管理的相關(guān)理論,采用文獻(xiàn)研究與案例研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,探討傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥商業(yè)分銷企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的可行性,以及策略的具體選擇問(wèn)題,對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)藥商業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與策略問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了較深入的研究。其內(nèi)容包括：(1)第一章是緒論,介紹了商業(yè)分銷企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的背景和實(shí)際意義,結(jié)合行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,從模式研究、應(yīng)用研究等方面去闡釋。(2)第二章對(duì)商業(yè)分銷企業(yè)醫(yī)藥物流轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,包括供應(yīng)鏈管理,供應(yīng)鏈管理在醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的應(yīng)用,第三方物流,醫(yī)藥物流等相關(guān)理論。(3)第三章對(duì)大型商業(yè)分銷企業(yè)醫(yī)藥物流的運(yùn)作模式和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。(3)第四章對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)藥商業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性。(4)第五章在醫(yī)藥商業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和客戶基礎(chǔ)上,提出了醫(yī)藥商業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中具體的策略選擇和策略實(shí)施問(wèn)題。 通過(guò)對(duì)上述內(nèi)容的研究,本文提出了具有參考價(jià)值的觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論,從理論的角度促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)醫(yī)藥物流的關(guān)注,豐富理論研究的內(nèi)容；從實(shí)踐的角度為我國(guó)醫(yī)藥商業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了相關(guān)的建議,并且推動(dòng)完善醫(yī)藥商業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the logistics of most pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in our country is completed by the enterprises, and the pharmaceutical logistics is still in its infancy.With the rising of the operating cost and the decline of the price of the drugs, most of the pharmaceutical commercial enterprises have a meagre profit, many even lose money.Some strong pharmaceutical commercial enterprises can choose the logistics function as the core to the third party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises.Based on the relevant theories of supply chain logistics management and the combination of literature research and case study, this paper discusses the feasibility of the transformation of traditional pharmaceutical commercial distribution enterprises and the specific selection of strategies.This paper makes a deep research on the transformation and strategy of pharmaceutical business in China.The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the background and practical significance of the transformation of commercial distribution enterprises.The second chapter explains the theory of pharmaceutical logistics transformation of commercial distribution enterprises, including supply chain management, the application of supply chain management in pharmaceutical industry, third party logistics,The third chapter analyzes the operating mode and characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics in large commercial distribution enterprises. Chapter 4 analyzes the development status of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises at home and abroad.The fifth chapter points out the necessity of transformation. (4) on the basis of the target market and customers of the transformation of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, the author puts forward the specific strategy selection and strategy implementation in the process of the transformation of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises.Through the study of the above content, this paper puts forward the point of view and conclusion with reference value, promotes the academic circles to pay attention to the medicine logistics from the theory angle, enriches the theoretical research content;From the point of view of practice, it provides relevant suggestions for the transformation of pharmaceutical business in China, and promotes the improvement of the business model of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises.
