【摘要】：我國(guó)在當(dāng)前和未來(lái)的很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間里將持續(xù)面臨著能源需求的不斷增長(zhǎng)、環(huán)境污染、對(duì)國(guó)外油氣資源依賴等諸多的能源危機(jī)問(wèn)題。要應(yīng)對(duì)這些能源危機(jī),必須依靠先進(jìn)的能源技術(shù)。由于煤炭是我國(guó)的能源主體,也是關(guān)系我國(guó)能源安全的基石,所以我們要促進(jìn)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全健康發(fā)展,以此保障長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的煤炭供應(yīng),實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康、持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展。同時(shí),必須擁有先進(jìn)的煤炭科學(xué)技術(shù),建立適應(yīng)跨越式發(fā)展要求的煤炭技術(shù)創(chuàng)新保障體系來(lái)解決多重能源危機(jī),探索出一條擁有煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之路。 2008年,山西煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)展了以陽(yáng)泉煤業(yè)集團(tuán)、山西焦煤集團(tuán)、大同煤礦集團(tuán)、潞安礦業(yè)集團(tuán)、晉城無(wú)煙煤集團(tuán)等大型的煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為主體的大規(guī)模的并購(gòu)重組�！笆澜缑禾靠粗袊�(guó),中國(guó)煤炭看山西”,可見(jiàn)山西在保障國(guó)家能源安全和穩(wěn)定國(guó)際煤炭市場(chǎng)方面發(fā)揮的重要作用,煤炭作為山西的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展的好壞也關(guān)系著山西經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。而并購(gòu)作為獲取技術(shù)資源的有效途徑,在引入技術(shù)、人才、市場(chǎng)和研發(fā)資金方面具有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì),但同時(shí)并購(gòu)也是把雙刃劍,只有趨利避害才能發(fā)揮其對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的積極效應(yīng)。對(duì)山西煤炭企業(yè)并購(gòu)后技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),有利于山西煤炭企業(yè)認(rèn)清自身的研發(fā)能力,不斷增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新,從而最終實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文以山西煤炭企業(yè)并購(gòu)主體中的四家上市公司為研究對(duì)象,借鑒前人關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的研究成果,結(jié)合煤炭企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn),從煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入,生產(chǎn)制造能力,環(huán)境支持能力三個(gè)方面建立評(píng)價(jià)山西煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的評(píng)價(jià)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用spss軟件對(duì)山西2008-2011這5年的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,建立綜合得分函數(shù)模型,來(lái)比較山西煤炭企業(yè)并購(gòu)前后的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率。最后,從山西煤炭企業(yè)對(duì)外合作能力,發(fā)展能力,盈利能力這三個(gè)方面提出提高山西煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In our country at present and in the future for a long period of time will continue to face the growing demand for energy, environmental pollution, resource dependence on imported oil and natural gas and other energy crisis. To cope with these energy crisis, we must rely on advanced energy technologies. Because coal is the main part of energy, is the cornerstone of the relationship China's energy security, we want to promote safe and healthy development of the coal industry. So, in order to ensure the long-term stable supply of coal, realize the national economy healthy, sustained and rapid development. At the same time, must have advanced coal science and technology, to establish the leaping development of coal technology innovation guarantee system to solve the multiple energy crisis. To explore a technological innovation with the coal industry characteristics of the road.
In 2008, the Shanxi coal industry developed in Yangquan coal group, Shanxi coking coal group, Datong Coal Mine Group, Lu'an Mining Group, Jincheng anthracite coal group and other large coal production enterprises as the main body of the large-scale mergers and acquisitions. "World coal Chinese, China coal in Shanxi", an important role in visible Shanxi to ensure national energy security and stability the international coal market plays, coal as a pillar industry in Shanxi, its development is also related to the development of economy of Shanxi. While the merger as an effective way to obtain technical resources, talent of leading in technology, has the advantages of market research and funds, but at the same time, the merger is also a double-edged sword, only to avoid play the positive effect on technological innovation. Evaluation of Shanxi coal enterprises after merger and acquisition of technology innovation efficiency, in favor of Shanxi coal enterprises recognize their own The research and development ability, continuously enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise, realize the independent innovation of the enterprise, and finally realize the sustainable development of the coal enterprise.
This paper takes Shanxi coal enterprise merger of four listed companies in the body as the research object, the results from previous studies on the efficiency of technological innovation, combined with the characteristics of the coal enterprises, investment in coal enterprise's technological innovation, manufacturing capacity, evaluation model of three aspects of environmental support capacity building efficiency evaluation of technological innovation of Shanxi coal enterprises. On this basis, the use of the empirical analysis on the technological innovation in Shanxi 2008-2011 5 years of SPSS software, establish a comprehensive scoring model, to compare before and after the merger and acquisition of Shanxi coal enterprises technological innovation efficiency. Finally, the cooperation ability, development ability of Shanxi coal enterprises, the three aspects of profitability, puts forward countermeasures to improve the efficiency of technological innovation Shanxi coal enterprises.
