【摘要】：中國(guó)石化化工股份有限公司江西石油分公司成立以來(lái)的五十余年的時(shí)間里,人員、經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn),經(jīng)營(yíng)量、設(shè)備等都有很大發(fā)展。隨著企業(yè)優(yōu)化的深入,為進(jìn)一步提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,經(jīng)過(guò)物流優(yōu)化建設(shè)的發(fā)展,通過(guò)對(duì)江西石油內(nèi)外部的分析,本文認(rèn)為江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化仍然有繼續(xù)再設(shè)計(jì)再構(gòu)造的空間。 通過(guò)對(duì)江西石油分公司目前物流管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,探究了江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)成內(nèi)容和第三方物流公司發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈的物流模式進(jìn)行了分析：江西石油分公司是以物流中心為內(nèi)在物流管理主體并通過(guò)第三方物流協(xié)作方式完成整個(gè)成品油供應(yīng)鏈的物流運(yùn)輸。 為進(jìn)一步了解江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈管理結(jié)構(gòu),本文分析了江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流管理存在的問(wèn)題以及江西石油分公司成品油第三方物流管理的分析,并對(duì)江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流模式選擇展開(kāi)分析。根據(jù)以上對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)和問(wèn)題的分析,本文提出了江西石油分公司成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流管理方案再設(shè)計(jì)的構(gòu)思,通過(guò)管理目標(biāo)和管理原則,提出了成品油物流管理方案再設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,并對(duì)方案順利實(shí)施提出了詳細(xì)的保障措施。 在整個(gè)研究過(guò)程中,本文結(jié)合MBA所學(xué)課程知識(shí),充分利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、管理信息系統(tǒng)、管理學(xué)、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理和組織行為學(xué)等多門(mén)學(xué)科知識(shí)時(shí),用定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,融合供應(yīng)鏈管理集成化的管理理念,開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)研究。
[Abstract]:In the more than 50 years since the establishment of Jiangxi Petrochemical Branch Company of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., there has been a great development in personnel, business network, business volume, equipment, etc. With the deepening of enterprise optimization. In order to further improve the operating efficiency, through the development of logistics optimization construction, through the internal and external analysis of Jiangxi oil. In this paper, it is concluded that the optimization of refined oil supply chain of Jiangxi Petroleum Branch still has room for redesigning and reconstructing. Based on the analysis of the current logistics management situation of Jiangxi Petroleum Branch, this paper probes into the components of the refined oil supply chain of Jiangxi Petroleum Branch and the development course of the third party logistics company. The logistics mode of refined oil supply chain in Jiangxi Petroleum Branch is analyzed. Jiangxi Petroleum Branch Company takes the logistics center as the internal logistics management body and completes the logistics transportation of the whole oil product supply chain through the cooperation of the third party logistics. In order to understand the supply chain management structure of Jiangxi Petroleum Company. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain logistics management of Jiangxi Petroleum Branch and the analysis of the third party logistics management of the finished oil products of Jiangxi Petroleum Branch. Based on the analysis of the structure and problems above, the selection of logistics mode of refined oil supply chain in Jiangxi Petroleum Branch is analyzed. This paper puts forward the concept of redesigning logistics management scheme of refined oil supply chain in Jiangxi Petroleum Branch, and puts forward the re-design content of logistics management scheme for finished oil through management objectives and management principles. Detailed safeguard measures are put forward for the successful implementation of the scheme. In the whole research process, this paper combined with the curriculum knowledge of MBA, make full use of statistics, management information systems, management, operations management and organizational behavior and other multi-disciplinary knowledge. By combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper integrates the integrated management concept of supply chain management and carries out various studies.
