【摘要】：借鑒OECD制造業(yè)分類法將制造業(yè)分為高端、中端和低端技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)三類,利用1999—2012年數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),中國制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化和高度化在全國層面和區(qū)域?qū)用婢粚ΨQ。理論上,不同技術(shù)進(jìn)步路徑對制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和高度化的影響機理與作用不盡相同。運用兩步穩(wěn)健系統(tǒng)GMM進(jìn)行估計發(fā)現(xiàn),自主創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨于合理但不能促進(jìn)其升級:外資不會自動發(fā)生技術(shù)溢出優(yōu)化制造業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)。進(jìn)一步實證檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的技術(shù)進(jìn)步路徑:在消化吸收外資技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上的自主創(chuàng)新能促進(jìn)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的高度化與合理化,但通過利用外資引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)尋求高端產(chǎn)業(yè)核心技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的突破,制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級才會伴隨高附加值化;提高本地產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)能力,外資才會發(fā)生技術(shù)溢出促進(jìn)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級并趨于合理,提升高端產(chǎn)業(yè)核心技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能力才能促使外資轉(zhuǎn)移先進(jìn)技術(shù),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級并實現(xiàn)高附加值化;同時,加快推進(jìn)市場化進(jìn)程,制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級且實現(xiàn)中高端產(chǎn)業(yè)高附加值化,生產(chǎn)要素才能通過結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換促使結(jié)構(gòu)不斷趨于合理。
[Abstract]:From the OECD manufacturing industry classification of manufacturing industry is divided into high-end and low-end technology industry, end of three, from 1999 to 2012 data analysis found that Chinese manufacturing rationalization of industry structure and height at the national level and regional level are asymmetric. In theory, the different technological progress path of manufacturing industry structure rationalization and the height of the impact mechanism and effect is not the same. By two step robust system GMM estimation, independent innovation and promote the manufacturing industry structure tends to be reasonable but not to promote the upgrading of Technology Spillover: structural optimization of manufacturing foreign investment will not happen automatically. Further empirical test showed that the manufacturing path of technological progress can promote the industry structure optimization: height the structure of the manufacturing industry and the reasonable absorption of foreign technology on the basis of independent innovation in the digestion, but through the use of foreign capital to introduce advanced technology for the core technology of high-end industry innovation can The breakthrough, the upgrade will be accompanied by high value-added manufacturing industry structure; improve the technical ability of local industry, foreign technology spillovers occur promote the industry structure upgrade and more reasonable, promote foreign advanced technology transfer of high-end industrial core technology innovation ability in order to enhance and promote the manufacturing industry structure upgrading and realize high added value; at the same time and accelerate the process of marketization, the manufacturing industry structure upgrade and achieve high-end high value-added industries, production factors can promote the structural transfer structure is more reasonable.
