【摘要】：As far as the prevailing situation in the South China Sea is concerned,neighboring claimant countries benefit greatly by China’s difficulties in exploiting oil and gas in the South China Sea. While safeguarding peace and stability and seeking effective ways to resolve sovereignty disputes,policy adjustments should be employed to push forward China’s oil and gas exploitation and development in the South China Sea.
