鄭州市H企業(yè)人力資源管理激勵機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今社會,一個(gè)企業(yè)要想在競爭中處于不敗之地,其中有一個(gè)因素發(fā)揮了至關(guān)重要的作用,那就是實(shí)行科學(xué)的人力資源管理,科學(xué)的人力資源管理方式的實(shí)現(xiàn)離不開有效的員工激勵機(jī)制,一個(gè)公司的激勵機(jī)制的健全程度在很大程度上影響了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,從而對企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展發(fā)揮基礎(chǔ)性作用,因此,激勵機(jī)制問題是整個(gè)企業(yè)人力資源管理中的重中之重。本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較分析法、圖表分析法等較為多樣化的研究方法,力求能從不同角度對現(xiàn)階段的鄭州市H企業(yè)員工的激勵機(jī)制進(jìn)行全面研究。本文通過實(shí)地調(diào)查的方法發(fā)現(xiàn)鄭州市H企業(yè)的員工激勵機(jī)制存在不少問題,比如物質(zhì)激勵與精神激勵不到位、績效考核激勵機(jī)制不健全、培訓(xùn)激勵機(jī)制不完善、薪酬激勵不合理、企業(yè)文化激勵不深入等等。本文在實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,通過借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)成熟的激勵理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),用以完善鄭州市H企業(yè)的激勵方案設(shè)計(jì)。本文在運(yùn)用需要層次理論及科學(xué)管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了實(shí)地調(diào)研法、定量分析法等多種研究方法,試圖構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的企業(yè)員工激勵方案。主要內(nèi)容有:第一,激勵應(yīng)遵循的原則以及方案設(shè)計(jì)思路;第二,激勵機(jī)制的方案設(shè)計(jì),包含加強(qiáng)精神激勵與物質(zhì)激勵兩個(gè)方面;第三,完善績效考核激勵機(jī)制;第四,簡歷培訓(xùn)激勵機(jī)制,包括實(shí)行靈活多樣的培訓(xùn)方式激勵、采取按需施教的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容激勵;第五,制定有效的薪酬激勵制度,包括選擇合適的薪酬激勵體系、確定合理的薪酬激勵水平;最后提出鄭州市H企業(yè)員工的激勵方案實(shí)施的措施保障,主要包括正確把握激勵原則、加強(qiáng)員工激勵機(jī)制需求預(yù)測、分類建立員工數(shù)據(jù)庫、構(gòu)建和諧的公司人際關(guān)系等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In today's society, if an enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in competition, one of the factors that plays a vital role is to implement scientific human resource management. The realization of scientific human resource management can not be achieved without effective employee incentive mechanism. The sound degree of a company's incentive mechanism greatly affects the production efficiency of the enterprise and thus plays a fundamental role in the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, the incentive mechanism is the most important in the whole enterprise human resource management. This article mainly adopts the literature analysis method, the comparative analysis method, the chart analysis method and so on, strives to carry on the comprehensive research from the different angle to the Zhengzhou H enterprise employee's incentive mechanism. Through field investigation, this paper finds out that there are many problems in the employee incentive mechanism of Zhengzhou H enterprise, such as material incentive and spiritual incentive is not in place, performance appraisal incentive mechanism is not perfect, training incentive mechanism is not perfect. The salary incentive is unreasonable, the enterprise culture incentive is not thorough and so on. On the basis of field investigation, this paper uses the advanced and mature incentive theory and practical experience at home and abroad for reference to perfect the incentive scheme design of Zhengzhou H enterprise. On the basis of the theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of scientific management, this paper tries to construct a scientific and reasonable incentive scheme for employees by using the field investigation method, quantitative analysis method and other research methods. The main contents are as follows: first, the principle of incentive should be followed and the train of thought of scheme design; second, the scheme design of incentive mechanism, including strengthening the spirit incentive and material incentive, third, perfecting the performance appraisal incentive mechanism; Fourth, the curriculum vitae training incentive mechanism, including the implementation of flexible and diverse training incentives, the use of on-demand training content incentive; Fifthly, to establish an effective salary incentive system, including the selection of appropriate compensation incentive system, to determine a reasonable level of compensation incentive; Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of employee incentive scheme in Zhengzhou H enterprise, including correctly grasping the incentive principle, strengthening the demand forecast of employee incentive mechanism, classifying and establishing employee database, and constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship.
