【摘要】：目的對江蘇省社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,探索社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)可行路徑,為江蘇省社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人才配置方案提供參考。方法采用法定衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表對江蘇省528家社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,利用Lorenz曲線及Gini系數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)人才配置公平性,應(yīng)用SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果江蘇省社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人員總量較高,人口配置公平性較差,衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員結(jié)構(gòu)差明顯,護(hù)理人才短缺,管理團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)化程度較低。結(jié)論社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人力資源人口配置公平性有待提高,衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員機(jī)構(gòu)配置需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,護(hù)理和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)有待改造、升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the present situation of human resource allocation in Jiangsu Community Health Service Center, to explore the feasible path of community health personnel construction, and to provide a reference for the allocation of community health talents in Jiangsu Province. Methods A total of 528 community health service centers in Jiangsu Province were investigated with statutory health statistics report. The Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to evaluate the fairness of talent allocation. SPSS19.0 software was used to carry out statistical analysis. Results the total number of community health workers in Jiangsu Province was high, the fairness of population allocation was poor, the structure of health technicians was poor, the shortage of nursing personnel and the specialization of management team were low. Conclusion the fairness of the population allocation of community health human resources needs to be improved, the institutional allocation of health technical personnel needs to be further optimized, and the nursing and management teams need to be reformed and upgraded.
