廈門農(nóng)商銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)精細(xì)化管理提升研究

【摘要】:近幾年,我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長,政府對(duì)銀行金融業(yè)務(wù)的改革不斷增強(qiáng),組織模式創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)水平都在不斷的提升和進(jìn)步。為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的渠道作用,國內(nèi)多數(shù)銀行已經(jīng)率先開展了網(wǎng)點(diǎn)精細(xì)化管理的提升工作。運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理理論,結(jié)合具體銀行案例,分析其網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,通過深入研究網(wǎng)點(diǎn)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、需求和瓶頸,提出網(wǎng)點(diǎn)精細(xì)化管理提升方案,有助于促進(jìn)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的經(jīng)營管理改革,提升網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí),對(duì)未來銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)經(jīng)營管理模式改革和提高產(chǎn)品服務(wù)質(zhì)量具有一定的參考價(jià)值。本篇文章研究的內(nèi)容:首先,闡述商業(yè)銀行精細(xì)化管理的研究背景和意義,分析其國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并提出論文的研究思路和方法;在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)精細(xì)化管理定義和特點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)精細(xì)化管理詳細(xì)理論研究進(jìn)行了論述。接著,本文著重對(duì)廈門農(nóng)商銀行基層營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理分析,分析網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的不足,根據(jù)目前廈門農(nóng)商銀行精細(xì)化管理提出提升的總體思路和改進(jìn)方案,并詳細(xì)分析了具體措施實(shí)施;然后,為充分發(fā)揮廈門農(nóng)商銀行精細(xì)化管理提升方案提供相應(yīng)的保障措施;最后,本文結(jié)論和展望。本論文的研究對(duì)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的精細(xì)化管理不僅具有理論上的意義,而且對(duì)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的實(shí)際經(jīng)營管理具有更大的借鑒意義。本文的主要研究成果:對(duì)廈門農(nóng)商銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)精細(xì)化管理提升給出了細(xì)致的解決方案,如制定精細(xì)化指導(dǎo)原則、精細(xì)化管理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局、優(yōu)化配置網(wǎng)點(diǎn)內(nèi)部崗位、強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)點(diǎn)人力資源配置、優(yōu)化科學(xué)合理的績效考核、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)客戶關(guān)系精細(xì)化、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)操作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范等提出具體的提升方案,這些精細(xì)化管理提升方案具備針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性,能夠進(jìn)一步提高廈門農(nóng)商銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的經(jīng)營管理水平。通過精細(xì)化管理廈門農(nóng)商銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)收入將不斷提高,客戶量將持續(xù)增加,中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標(biāo)排在同業(yè)銀行前列。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national economy of our country has continued to grow, the government's reform of banking and financial services has been strengthened, the organizational model has been innovated, and the level of products and services has been continuously promoted and improved. In order to further expand the role of bank outlets, most domestic banks have taken the lead in improving the management of network refinement. By using the theory of fine management, combined with specific bank cases, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of network operation and management, and puts forward a scheme to improve the fine management of network by deeply studying the development trend, demand and bottleneck of the network. It is helpful to promote the reform of bank network management and enhance the core competitiveness of bank network. At the same time, it has certain reference value to the future bank network management mode reform and to improve the quality of products and services. The content of this paper: firstly, the research background and significance of commercial bank fine management are expounded, the development situation of commercial bank at home and abroad is analyzed, and the research ideas and methods are put forward. On the basis of this, the definition and characteristics of bank network fine management are discussed, and the detailed theory research of fine management is also discussed. Then, this paper focuses on the detailed management analysis of the basic business network of Xiamen Agricultural and Mercantile Bank, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the network, and puts forward the general idea and improvement plan of the improvement according to the fine management of Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank at present. And detailed analysis of the implementation of specific measures; then, to give full play to the Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank to provide appropriate protection measures to improve the fine management; finally, this paper concludes and prospects. The research of this paper is not only of theoretical significance to the fine management of bank outlets, but also of greater reference significance to the actual management of bank outlets. The main research results of this paper are as follows: the detailed solutions to the fine management of Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank are given, such as the formulation of fine guiding principles, the refinement of the layout of the management network, the optimization of the allocation of posts inside the network, Strengthen the network human resources allocation, optimize the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal, strengthen the network customer relationship refinement, strengthen the network operation risk prevention and so on the concrete promotion plan, these fine management promotion plan has the pertinence and the actual effect, Can further improve the management level of Xiamen Agricultural Commercial Bank network. Through careful management of Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the business revenue will continue to increase, the number of customers will continue to increase, the intermediate business will develop rapidly, and the key performance indicators will rank first among the interbank banks.
