對中國城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院人力資源管理問題的調查分析

【摘要】：目的:為了定義中國城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院的人力資源管理問題;為了找到具體的6個被調查的城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院在人力資源方面的缺陷;以便提出可行性的解決方案提高醫(yī)院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。方法:本論文主要運用了調查問卷的方式找出了中國城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院在人力資源管理方面的不足。結果:通過收集城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院的調查問卷發(fā)現其在招聘、選擇、人力資源現狀、報酬管理、績效管理、培訓以及職業(yè)規(guī)劃等人力資源上存在問題。結論:中國城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院在人力資源上存在的問題是與中國整個歷史的發(fā)展分不開的。中國傳統(tǒng)的教育結構、教育改革的完善程度;歷史文化的發(fā)展;政策法規(guī)的頒布和經濟的發(fā)展,這些方面都是引發(fā)城鎮(zhèn)小型醫(yī)院人力資源管理問題的關鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to define the problem of human resource management in small hospitals in cities and towns in China, and to find out the defects of human resources in six small hospitals in cities and towns. In order to put forward a feasible solution to improve the sustainable development of the hospital. Methods: this paper mainly uses the questionnaire to find out the shortage of human resource management in the small hospitals in cities and towns in China. Results: it was found that there were some problems in recruitment, selection, present situation of human resources, compensation management, performance management, training and career planning by collecting questionnaires from small hospitals in cities and towns. Conclusion: the problems in human resources of small hospitals in Chinese cities and towns are closely related to the development of the whole history of China. The traditional educational structure, the perfect degree of educational reform, the development of history and culture, the promulgation of policies and regulations and the development of economy are all the key factors that lead to the human resource management of small hospitals in cities and towns.
