【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的深化改革,我國(guó)農(nóng)村人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)及流通方式也出現(xiàn)了變化。人力資源在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過(guò)程中意義重大,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革日益深化背景下應(yīng)進(jìn)一步變革農(nóng)村人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)方式,有效利用我國(guó)豐富的農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力,結(jié)合農(nóng)村發(fā)展實(shí)際情況,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí),促進(jìn)人力資源轉(zhuǎn)化成人力資本,更好地解決三農(nóng)問(wèn)題。本文首先分析我國(guó)農(nóng)村人力資源現(xiàn)狀,明確農(nóng)村人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)及流通的必要性與重要性,結(jié)合我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制與人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)特點(diǎn),提出人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)及流通變革思路及相應(yīng)的具體措施。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of market economy system, the development and circulation of rural human resources have also changed. Human resources are of great significance in the process of new rural construction. Under the background of deepening the reform of market economy system, we should further reform the mode of rural human resources development, make effective use of the abundant rural labor force in our country, and combine with the actual situation of rural development. To promote the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure, to promote the transformation of human resources into human capital, and to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers better. This paper first analyzes the present situation of rural human resources in China, defines the necessity and importance of the development and circulation of rural human resources, and combines the characteristics of market economic system and human resources development in China. Put forward the human resources development and circulation reform ideas and corresponding specific measures.
