【摘要】:隨著近年來科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,弱電工程逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)普及,越來越多的企業(yè)和個(gè)人將智能化弱電應(yīng)用到辦公場(chǎng)所和居所中,這使得弱電工程企業(yè)面臨著難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但是,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)智能弱電行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越發(fā)激烈,一些該行業(yè)企業(yè)逐漸出現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)量減少以及利潤(rùn)率下降等問題。吉林省力拓電子有限公司成立于2008年,是一家位于吉林省長(zhǎng)春市的從事建筑智能化弱電工程專業(yè)承包的小型企業(yè),同時(shí),該企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍還包括電子產(chǎn)品、通訊設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)銷售、綜合布線、有線電視線路維護(hù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電話維護(hù)等信息技術(shù)服務(wù)等。隨著弱電智能行業(yè)的發(fā)展,吉林省力拓電子有限公司的營(yíng)業(yè)收入得到穩(wěn)步提高,從2011年的180萬元逐步提升至2015年的650萬元。但是,吉林省力拓電子有限公司卻始終沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)凈利潤(rùn)的大幅上升,2015年凈利潤(rùn)只有9萬元左右。該企業(yè)要尋求在未來的經(jīng)營(yíng)中取得新的突破,必須在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理上做出變化,這就需要企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論作為指導(dǎo)。本文旨在通過運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論知識(shí),以吉林省力拓電子有限公司為對(duì)象,研究該企業(yè)當(dāng)前的內(nèi)部、外部環(huán)境,從該企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的備選方案中進(jìn)行分析與選擇,為該企業(yè)制定出有參考價(jià)值的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。首先,本文從研究背景和研究意義入手,先后對(duì)研究目的和研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要概括,同時(shí)介紹本文所采用的研究方法,通過參考文獻(xiàn)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的進(jìn)行論述;其次,對(duì)本文研究所需要的戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行總結(jié),特別是對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論發(fā)展至今的一些經(jīng)典分析工具進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹;其三,以吉林省力拓電子有限公司為分析對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)查閱以及實(shí)地調(diào)查等方式對(duì)企業(yè)所處的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析;通過實(shí)地與員工進(jìn)行訪談等方式,對(duì)吉林省力拓電子有限公司的基本狀況、實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作的流程以及其組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源狀況等方面進(jìn)行深入了解;其四,采用SWOT分析法重新厘清企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅,并通過組合戰(zhàn)略為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇提供依據(jù),從成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略、差異化戰(zhàn)略以及目標(biāo)集聚戰(zhàn)略等三個(gè)備選方案中為該企業(yè)選擇合適經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略——差異化戰(zhàn)略;最后,將吉林省力拓電子有限公司經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施方法概括為發(fā)揮自身資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)手段以及構(gòu)建穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系,并從加大對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理的重視程度,改變營(yíng)銷模式和科學(xué)運(yùn)用人力資源管理等三個(gè)方面為戰(zhàn)略提供保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, the weak electricity project is gradually popularized. More and more enterprises and individuals apply the intelligent weak electricity to the office and residence, which makes the weak electricity engineering enterprises face a rare opportunity for development. However, with the rapid development of the domestic intelligent weak electricity industry, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Some enterprises in the industry have gradually reduced business volume and decline in profit margins. Jilin Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008, is a small enterprise engaged in building intelligent weak electricity engineering in Changchun, Jilin province. Meanwhile, the business scope also includes electronic products and communication equipment. Production and sales, comprehensive wiring, cable TV line maintenance, network and telephone maintenance and other information technology services. With the development of the weak power industry, the operating income of Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. of Jilin province has been steadily improved from 1 million 800 thousand yuan in 2011 to 6 million 500 thousand yuan in 2015. However, Jilin Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. The net profit has not been achieved substantially at the end of the year, and the net profit in 2015 is only about 90 thousand yuan. The enterprise should seek to make a new breakthrough in the future operation and make a change in the management of the enterprise. This requires the strategic management theory of the enterprise as a guide. This article aims to use the knowledge of strategic management to save electricity from Jilin. As an object, we study the internal and external environment of the enterprise, analyze and choose from the strategy of the enterprise, and make a business strategy which has a reference value for the enterprise. First, this paper briefly summarizes the research purpose and research content from the research background and research significance, and introduces the research objectives and research content successively. The research methods adopted in this paper are discussed through references to the research status at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper summarizes the strategic management theory needed in this study, especially some classic analysis tools of strategic management theory, and the third, the analysis of Jilin Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. Object, through literature review and field investigation, the macro environment, industry environment and market environment are analyzed. Through interviews with employees, the basic situation of Rio Tinto electronic limited company in Jilin Province, the process of actual operation and operation, and its organizational structure and human resources status are introduced. Fourthly, the SWOT analysis method is used to re clarify the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise, and provide the basis for the strategic choice of the enterprise through the combined strategy, and choose the appropriate management strategy for the enterprise from the three alternatives, such as the cost leading strategy, the differentiation strategy and the target gathering strategy, and finally, The implementation method of the operation strategy of Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. in Jilin is summarized as the advantages of its own resources, the development of new products, the innovation of technical means and the construction of a stable cooperative relationship, and the protection measures from three aspects, such as increasing the importance of the strategic management, changing the marketing mode and applying the human resources management scientifically.
