【摘要】:高等學校作為科普工作的重要載體和支撐力量,在提高全民科學素質建設中肩負歷史責任與使命,具有人力資源、學科建設、硬件設施與科學文化等方面的資源優(yōu)勢。高等學校應該進一步加大科普資源的開發(fā)與共享,在營造濃厚科學氛圍、開展科普資源開發(fā)活動、加大科普資源創(chuàng)作與傳播、培養(yǎng)科普人才等方面進行探索與研究,不斷提高高?破展ぷ鞯尼槍π耘c實效性,為提高全民科學素質做出應有貢獻。
[Abstract]:As an important carrier and supporting force of popular science work, colleges and universities shoulder the historical responsibility and mission in improving the scientific quality of the whole people, and have the advantages of human resources, discipline construction, hardware facilities and science and culture. Institutions of higher learning should further increase the development and sharing of popular science resources, explore and research in creating a strong scientific atmosphere, developing activities for the development of popular science resources, increasing the creation and dissemination of popular science resources, and training popular science talents, etc. To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the popularization of science in colleges and universities, and to contribute to the improvement of the scientific quality of the whole people.
