【摘要】：現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)人才要求越來越高,人才也是促進(jìn)社會(huì)發(fā)展和事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性因素。因此,事業(yè)要采取主要的手段和方式來發(fā)揮人力資源的主觀能動(dòng)性,促進(jìn)人力資源更好地為事業(yè)發(fā)展而努力。文章主要分析怎樣發(fā)揮人力資源的主觀能動(dòng)性。
[Abstract]:The modern society ' s demand for talents is higher and higher , and the talents are the key factor to promote the social development and the cause development . Therefore , the cause should take the main means and means to exert the subjective initiative of human resources , promote the human resources to work harder for the development of the cause . The article mainly analyzes how to exert the subjective initiative of human resources .
