【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)為了能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中去的良好的發(fā)展,都開始加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理,通過(guò)提高內(nèi)部管理水平來(lái)增加企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。人力資源管理作為企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理的重要組成部分受到了各個(gè)企業(yè)管理人員的高度重視,很多企業(yè)為了能夠強(qiáng)化人力資源的管理水平,不斷地建立健全的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,通過(guò)有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制來(lái)提升工作人員的工作積極性,提高工作人員的工作效率,降低企業(yè)的人工成本。下面我們就以飼料企業(yè)為例,對(duì)目前飼料企業(yè)在人力資源激勵(lì)機(jī)制建設(shè)方面存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行有效的分析,同時(shí)提出一些有效的解決措施,僅供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. In order to develop well in the fierce market competition environment, enterprises have begun to strengthen their internal management. Improve the level of internal management to increase the competitiveness of the market. As an important part of enterprise internal management, human resource management is highly valued by the managers of various enterprises. In order to strengthen the management level of human resources, many enterprises constantly establish a sound incentive mechanism. Through the effective incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the efficiency of the staff, and reduce the labor costs of enterprises. Next we take the feed enterprise as an example to carry on the effective analysis to the present fodder enterprise in the human resources incentive mechanism construction question at the same time proposed some effective solutions only for the reference.
