【摘要】：隨著"2011計(jì)劃"的實(shí)施,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力成為高校提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑。人事人才管理機(jī)制作為高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制改革的重要內(nèi)容之一,需在招聘、選用、激勵(lì)、考核及評(píng)價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新,不斷加強(qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高教師的創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of "2011 Plan", the ability of collaborative innovation has become an important way for colleges and universities to enhance their competitiveness. As one of the important contents of the reform of cooperative innovation mechanism in colleges and universities, the personnel management mechanism needs to be recruited, selected and encouraged. To carry on the reform and innovation in the aspects of examination and evaluation, to strengthen the construction of talent team and to improve the innovation ability of teachers.
