【摘要】：分析了煤炭企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)與管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了防止人力資源流失的對(duì)策:樹立"人本管理"思想;引入績(jī)效考評(píng)為主的薪酬分配機(jī)制;規(guī)劃員工職業(yè)生涯;加快公司人力資源隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等,為煤炭企業(yè)的人力資源管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of human resource development and management in coal enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent the loss of human resources: establishing the idea of "people-oriented management", introducing the salary distribution mechanism based on performance appraisal, and planning the career of employees; Speed up the construction of the company's human resources team, and provide reference for the human resource management of coal enterprises.
