經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)存取與自動(dòng)上落系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:經(jīng)軸是紡織企業(yè)中不可或缺的部件,而實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)軸存取與上落的自動(dòng)化操作代替人工操作依然是一個(gè)難題。本文針對(duì)這一問題提出設(shè)計(jì)方案,目的是為了有效節(jié)省現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)軸存放的占地面積、減少倉庫或車間人力資源的投入、提高紡織行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:對(duì)人工存取和上落經(jīng)軸的作業(yè)模式分析,提出經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)存取與自動(dòng)上落系統(tǒng)的解決方案;針對(duì)經(jīng)軸特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)、形狀、尺寸、重量,設(shè)計(jì)專用的拍合對(duì)接、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、存取機(jī)構(gòu)和相應(yīng)的存放貨架,其中自動(dòng)存取要求由可縱向行走、垂直升降以及直線伸縮運(yùn)動(dòng)的堆垛機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn),而行車縱向行走機(jī)構(gòu)、旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)以及升降機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)軸的自動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)要求,再由自動(dòng)拍合機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)裝夾;然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的工程計(jì)算和有限元軟件安全性驗(yàn)證分析,確保經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)存取與自動(dòng)上落系統(tǒng)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性;最后針對(duì)該專項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的硬件進(jìn)行選擇,確定了經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)存取系統(tǒng)和經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)上落系統(tǒng)的流程圖,按兩者的流程圖使用STEP7編程軟件畫出梯形圖,并針對(duì)各自PLC系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行編程。該專項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)力求實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)軸自動(dòng)存取與自動(dòng)上落的工藝要求,同時(shí)降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,改善傳統(tǒng)操作的工作環(huán)境,確保有限的空間得以充分利用,減輕經(jīng)織軸上的紗線損傷和污染,減少經(jīng)軸存放的占地面積,有效提高漿紗生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Warp axis is an indispensable part in textile enterprises, but it is still a difficult problem to realize automatic operation of access and loading and unloading instead of manual operation. This paper puts forward a design scheme for this problem. The purpose is to save the area of storage and reduce the input of human resources in warehouse or workshop. To improve the production efficiency of textile industry. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: analyzing the operation mode of manual access and loading and unloading warp shaft, putting forward the solution of automatic access and automatic loading and unloading system of warp axis; Special structure, shape, size, weight, and design of special patch-butt, transshipment, access mechanism and corresponding storage shelves for warp axis, in which automatic access is required by longitudinal walking. The vertical lifting and linear telescopic movement of the stacker is realized, while the longitudinal running mechanism, the rotating mechanism and the lifting mechanism realize the automatic running requirement of the longitudinal axis, and then the automatic pat mechanism realizes the automatic clamping of the longitudinal axis; Then the engineering calculation and the finite element software security verification analysis are carried out to ensure the rationality of the design of the mechanism of the automatic access and loading and unloading system of the longitudinal axis. Finally, the hardware of the special system is selected, and the flow charts of the automatic access system and the automatic loading and unloading system are determined. According to the flow charts of the two systems, the trapezoidal diagram is drawn by using STEP7 programming software. The special system aims at realizing automatic access and automatic loading and unloading of the warp axis, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the working environment of traditional operation. To ensure the full use of the limited space, reduce the damage and pollution of yarn on the warp axis, reduce the area of storage of warp axis, and effectively improve the production efficiency of sizing yarn.
