【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代到來,用戶力量崛起,咨詢行業(yè)客戶的需求個性化凸顯,需要咨詢顧問提供定制化解決方案。本文以行動學習和扎根理論為基本理論視角,采用案例研究的方法對人力資源管理咨詢過程進行了研究。通過多案例綜合對比分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)了定制化人力資源管理咨詢解決方案開發(fā)過程中存在扎根理論的思想邏輯,進而在其基礎(chǔ)上提煉了管理咨詢的行動學習過程模型。該模型由個性化需求分析、開放性信息搜集、探索性交互反思、內(nèi)隱性理論建模、遷移性迭代開發(fā)、檢驗性方案交付六個要素組成,既豐富了行動學習理論,也對管理咨詢實踐有較強的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet era, the rise of user power, the personalized needs of consulting industry customers, the need for consulting consultants to provide customized solutions. This paper takes action learning and rooted theory as the basic theoretical perspective. Using the method of case study to study the human resources management consulting process. Through the multi-case comprehensive comparative analysis. In this paper, we find the logic of rooted theory in the development of customized human resource management consulting solution. On the basis of this model, the model of action learning process of management consulting is refined. The model consists of individualized demand analysis, open information collection, exploratory interactive reflection, implicit theory modeling, and mobile iterative development. The six elements of test program delivery not only enrich the theory of action learning, but also guide the practice of management consulting.
