【摘要】：招聘是企業(yè)引進(jìn)人才進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)競爭力的關(guān)鍵,人才選拔與測評是人力資源工作中重要的組成部分。高校作為巨大的人才庫,校園招聘是企業(yè)人才引進(jìn)的重要途徑。科學(xué)的人才測評能幫助企業(yè)量化被選拔者的履歷細(xì)節(jié)、各項知識技能、發(fā)展?jié)摿�、工作技能以及個性化態(tài)度、性格特征等,遴選出匹配企業(yè)和崗位的優(yōu)秀人才。本文以知名的會計師事務(wù)所P公司校園招聘引進(jìn)的員工為樣本,將員工在招聘過程中的人才測評考察要素與其加入公司后的工作績效評價進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,以期判斷各種人才測評工具和要素在校園招聘中的實際效用,對今后合理選擇測評工具,優(yōu)化人才測評流程,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,提高人力資源管理的效能具有指導(dǎo)意義。本文分為五個部分。第一章為緒論,主要介紹選題意義及研究內(nèi)容,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,提出研究人才測評工具的重要意義;第二章為人才測評基本理論,主要闡述了人才測評的概念、理論、方法、功能和應(yīng)用背景;第三章著重P會計師事務(wù)所的人才測評體系構(gòu)建內(nèi)容,詳細(xì)介紹了 P會計師事務(wù)所進(jìn)行人才測評體系的構(gòu)建背景,主要采用的人才測評方法、內(nèi)容及測評工作的組織實施;第四章選取P外資會計師事務(wù)所的部分校園招聘樣本進(jìn)行實證研究,著重分析了員工在選拔期間的部分人才測評關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)與工作績效和工作穩(wěn)定性之間的關(guān)系。第五章為結(jié)果分析并對校園招聘中人才測評流程的優(yōu)化提出對策。
[Abstract]:Recruitment is the key for enterprises to introduce talents and enhance their competitiveness. Talent selection and evaluation is an important part of human resource work. Colleges and universities as a huge pool of talent. Campus recruitment is an important way for enterprises to introduce talents. Scientific talent evaluation can help enterprises quantify the details of the selected person's resume, knowledge and skills, development potential, job skills and personalized attitude. Personality characteristics, the selection of matching enterprises and positions of outstanding talent. This paper based on well-known accounting firm P campus recruitment of staff as a sample. In order to judge the actual utility of all kinds of talent evaluation tools and elements in campus recruitment, the correlation analysis is carried out between the personnel evaluation factors in the recruitment process and the job performance evaluation after joining the company. This article is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which has guiding significance for the rational selection of evaluation tools, the optimization of talent evaluation process, the promotion of the development of enterprises and the improvement of the efficiency of human resources management. It mainly introduces the significance and research content of the topic, combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad, and puts forward the significance of the research talent evaluation tool. The second chapter is the basic theory of talent evaluation, mainly expounds the concept, theory, method, function and application background of talent evaluation; The third chapter focuses on the construction content of P accounting firm talent evaluation system, introduces the construction background of P accounting firm talent evaluation system in detail, mainly adopts the talent evaluation method. Organization and implementation of content and evaluation work; Chapter 4th selects some campus recruitment samples of P foreign accounting firm for empirical research. This paper emphatically analyzes the relationship between the key indexes of personnel evaluation during the selection period and the job performance and job stability. Chapter 5th analyzes the results and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the process of talent evaluation in campus recruitment.
