【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,大量先富起來的人越來越重視自身及家人的醫(yī)療健康問題。然而與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國的醫(yī)療環(huán)境和治療水平還相對(duì)落后,因此我國的海外醫(yī)療行業(yè)近年來開始了突飛猛進(jìn)地發(fā)展。美康公司的唯一股東為美國最大的醫(yī)保集團(tuán)藍(lán)十字藍(lán)盾,在海外醫(yī)療行業(yè)具有先天的優(yōu)勢,因此本文以美康公司為案例來研究其海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目競爭戰(zhàn)略,以期為我國海外醫(yī)療行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供有益的參考。具體而言,本文的研究工作主要有:(1)在介紹美康公司開展海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)背景基礎(chǔ)上,明確本文的研究對(duì)美康公司開展海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,進(jìn)而提出本文的研究內(nèi)容及相關(guān)研究方法。(2)基于PEST分析、SWOT分析、競爭戰(zhàn)略和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,競爭戰(zhàn)略中的五力模型及三大一般性戰(zhàn)略,以及相關(guān)分析方法,論述了與本文相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論,進(jìn)而從國外國內(nèi)兩個(gè)方面綜述與美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目競爭戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)的研究概況。(3)美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目競爭戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析。在論述海外醫(yī)療行業(yè)概況與美康公司概況的基礎(chǔ)上,從技術(shù)資源、人力資源、品牌資源、文化資源四個(gè)方面對(duì)美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析;從政治環(huán)境因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境因素、社會(huì)環(huán)境因素、科技環(huán)境因素等四個(gè)方面對(duì)美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,進(jìn)而從新加入者的威脅、客戶的議價(jià)能力、替代品或服務(wù)的威脅、供貨商的議價(jià)能力、既有競爭者五個(gè)方面來分析美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目的五力模型,最后進(jìn)行了競爭戰(zhàn)略的SWOT分析,以便為后續(xù)的競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇研究打下基礎(chǔ)。(4)美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目的競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇與制定。在分析了美康公司使命和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析其差異化戰(zhàn)略、專一化戰(zhàn)略、低成本戰(zhàn)略等三大戰(zhàn)略,提出美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目的總體競爭戰(zhàn)略的選擇。(5)從實(shí)施途徑與實(shí)施過程兩個(gè)方面來論述美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目競爭戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從控制過程、控制措施這兩個(gè)方面來論述美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目競爭戰(zhàn)略的控制。(6)全面總結(jié)本文在美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目競爭戰(zhàn)略研究方面所做的研究工作,并分析當(dāng)前研究工作中的不足,進(jìn)而提出下一步研究工作的努力方向。針對(duì)美康公司海外醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行競爭戰(zhàn)略研究,不但對(duì)美康公司而言具有十分重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,甚至對(duì)整個(gè)海外醫(yī)療行業(yè)也有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, a large number of rich people more and more emphasis on medical health problems and their families. However, compared with developed countries, the level of China's medical environment and treatment is relatively backward, so our overseas medical industry in recent years began the rapid progress of development. The company is the sole shareholder of China the largest insurance group bluecross blueshield, has inherent advantages in overseas medical industry, so this paper takes Meikang company as a case to study the overseas medical project competition strategy, to provide useful references for the development of Chinese overseas medical industry. Specifically, the main research work of this paper are: (1) in the relevant the background of Overseas Medical Project Meikang Corporation, clearly this study has important practical significance to carry out overseas medical screening project, then put forward the The research contents and related research methods. (2) based on the PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, competitive strategy and enterprise strategy, five forces model of competition strategy and three general strategies, and the correlation analysis method, discusses the basic theory related to this paper, and then from the two aspects of the summary of domestic and foreign companies overseas Meikang medical project competitive strategy related research. (3) analysis of competitive strategy of company Meikang medical projects. Based on the survey of overseas introduction of overseas medical industry and the US company's, from the technical resources, human resources, brand resources, four aspects of cultural resources of a US company overseas medical project were analyzed from the internal environment; the political environment, economic environment, social environment, science and technology four aspects of environmental factors on screening of overseas medical project a detailed analysis of the external environment, and from the new Join the threat, the bargaining ability of customers, the threat of substitute products, bargaining power of supplier, there are five competitors to analysis of the model a US company overseas medical projects, finally analyzed the SWOT competitive strategy, in order for the subsequent selection of competitive strategy to lay the foundation for the study. (4) and competitive strategy choice of overseas medical projects. A US company based on the analysis of the US company's mission and strategic objectives, analysis of the differentiation strategy, focus strategy, low cost strategy etc. the three strategy, puts forward the overall competitive strategy of us company overseas medical project selection. (5) to discuss the implementation of the competition strategy of China the company's overseas medical project from the two aspects of the implementation approach and implementation process, and on the basis of the control process, the control measures of the two aspects of competition projects overseas medical screening The control. (6) a comprehensive summary of research work in this paper in the research of competitive strategy of us company overseas medical projects, and analyzes the deficiencies of the current research work, and puts forward the direction of the next research work. According to a US company overseas medical project competition strategy research, not only has great practical significance the Hong Company, even also has an important reference value for the entire overseas medical industry.
