基于“精益營銷”的泰山品牌產(chǎn)品投放策略研究

【摘要】:精益營銷是精益思想在市場營銷領(lǐng)域的拓展和創(chuàng)新性應(yīng)用,其實質(zhì)是以精益化操作方式提供解決方案的營銷模式。本文基于"精益營銷"思維,以"泰山"品牌旗下高端產(chǎn)品、新產(chǎn)品、主銷產(chǎn)品的投放操作為切入點,運用"大數(shù)據(jù)營銷"、波士頓矩陣等營銷理論和工具,借助現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段,著力樹立品牌口碑、提高品牌銷售業(yè)績、提升客戶滿意度,實現(xiàn)泰山品牌產(chǎn)品投放的科學性、有效性和精確化。
[Abstract]:Lean marketing is the expansion and innovative application of lean thinking in the field of marketing. Its essence is to provide a solution marketing mode by lean operation. Based on the thinking of "lean marketing", this paper uses the marketing theories and tools such as "big data Marketing" and Boston Matrix as the starting point to launch and operate the high-end products, new products and main selling products of Taishan brand. By means of modern information technology, we should set up brand reputation, improve brand sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and realize scientific, effective and accurate launching of Taishan brand products.
