【摘要】:隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,如何將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與地方優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)前討論的熱門話題。株洲服裝市場(chǎng)在全國具有相當(dāng)強(qiáng)的影響力,被稱為中國的十大服裝市場(chǎng)之一。如何在現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過結(jié)合現(xiàn)代化的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)業(yè)品質(zhì)和服務(wù)水平,鞏固自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,是株洲市政府以及A集團(tuán)公司正在思考和研究的問題。由于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的投資巨大,為了降低項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),項(xiàng)目組需要分析項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)過程中的有利條件和主要障礙,對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資前期的各種市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行有效的識(shí)別和評(píng)估。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方案。論文根據(jù)株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)近年來的發(fā)展情況以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合A集團(tuán)公司在項(xiàng)目投資前期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的具體要求,對(duì)株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目投資前期的市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別和評(píng)估。項(xiàng)目分析以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素結(jié)合說、整體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論TRM、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等理論方法為基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀(株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境、推進(jìn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的有利條件、主要制約障礙),從產(chǎn)品服務(wù)及供需市場(chǎng)的變化、下游市場(chǎng)需求特點(diǎn)及細(xì)分市場(chǎng)構(gòu)成、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者變化、市場(chǎng)外部環(huán)境(政治、法律、自然、社會(huì)、現(xiàn)有環(huán)境基礎(chǔ))等多個(gè)角度對(duì)市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行細(xì)致的識(shí)別和評(píng)估。同時(shí),從項(xiàng)目信息風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、項(xiàng)目政策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品服務(wù)定位風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、項(xiàng)目品牌管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、項(xiàng)目組織風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理六個(gè)方面提出了株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方案。論文不僅可為A公司在株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目投資決策提供依據(jù),同時(shí),也可為其他企業(yè)在進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目投資前的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析提供研究思路和參考模型。全文共有六章,第一章介紹論文研究背景、研究目的和意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究采用的方法、論文主要內(nèi)容與框架結(jié)構(gòu);第二章闡述了論文的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)(風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素結(jié)合說、整體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論TRM、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論);第三章對(duì)株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀以及推進(jìn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的有利條件和主要障礙進(jìn)行了分析;第四章為論文重點(diǎn),詳盡分析了株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與評(píng)估;第五章提出項(xiàng)目控制目標(biāo)與原則,株洲服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方案以及方案實(shí)施細(xì)則與實(shí)施步驟;第六章論述方案的實(shí)施保障措施。
