【摘要】：隨著社會教育需求的多樣化,普通高校的教育培訓模式需要改革與創(chuàng)新。本文通過對非學歷培訓教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,以及對在線培訓和咨詢式培訓等非學歷培訓教育模式的研究,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度,提出了加強國內(nèi)合作、開拓國際市場和創(chuàng)建培訓品牌等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和路徑,為普通高校非學歷培訓教育的健康、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of social educational needs, the educational and training modes of colleges and universities need to be reformed and innovated.Based on the analysis of the current situation of non-academic training education and the research of online training and consulting training, this paper proposes to strengthen domestic cooperation from the perspective of sustainable development.The development strategies and paths of opening up international market and establishing training brand provide a reference for the healthy, stable and sustainable development of non-academic training education in colleges and universities.
