在全球化的今天,作為“非政府間的大使”,外語導(dǎo)游在提高旅游團隊滿意度和促進國與國之間的相互理解上扮演著不可或缺的角色,因此,導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力必然是需要提高的最基本的能力。然而,中國的旅游界與跨文化交際界很少有關(guān)于導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力的學術(shù)研究,本論文將通過外賓評價的方式來研究中國外語導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力�；陉悋鞑┦康娜蚧浑H能力模型,本文通過對正在旅游的208名國際游客的問卷調(diào)查來探索國際游客理想中中國導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力和現(xiàn)實中中國導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力狀況。通過SPSS軟件對期望組和實際組兩組游客所填寫的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,兩組在“文化互動”維度上程度最強,在“全球視野”與“展現(xiàn)自我”維度上程度居中,在“文化映射”維度上程度最弱;第二,實際組與理想組之間存在很大的正相關(guān)差異。從兩組間在四個維度上的平均數(shù)可知,現(xiàn)實中中國導(dǎo)游的跨文化交際能力在“全球視野”,“展現(xiàn)自我”,“映射文化”和“文化互動”四個方面表現(xiàn)的比國際游客期望的更加突出。
