【摘要】：以風景旅游地生命力和旅游地生命周期為理論基礎(chǔ)，對相關(guān)案例進行分析，對比了風景名勝區(qū)與旅游度假區(qū)的特征，將風景名勝區(qū)生命力量化評價指標加以修正應(yīng)用。本論文以紙坊水庫旅游度假區(qū)作為研究對象，通過查閱文獻、實地考察、案例借鑒等方式，將修正后的生命力量化模型應(yīng)用到規(guī)劃區(qū)域中，并進行現(xiàn)狀生命力的定性和量化評價。根據(jù)評價等級進行分區(qū)規(guī)劃，共分為景觀修復區(qū)、植被水源保護區(qū)、一般游憩區(qū)和核心景觀區(qū)四個分區(qū)。景觀修復區(qū)以修復為主；植被水源保護區(qū)內(nèi)不得建設(shè)任何永久性設(shè)施，僅以保護為主；一般休憩區(qū)已進行一定規(guī)模的開發(fā)利用，需根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀條件進一步開發(fā)；核心景觀區(qū)開發(fā)利用強度最高，為規(guī)劃的主要景點分布區(qū)域；并從客觀、主觀、主客觀相結(jié)合以及相關(guān)因素四個層次上提出規(guī)劃對策。依據(jù)這些特征，因地制宜地對現(xiàn)狀區(qū)域進行布局，形成“一帶、一環(huán)、七分區(qū)”規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)。對規(guī)劃后的區(qū)域重新進行生命力量化評價，，驗證了風景旅游地生命力理論對規(guī)劃區(qū)域現(xiàn)階段生命力的整體提升作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the vitality and life cycle of scenic spots, the related cases are analyzed, the characteristics of scenic spots and tourist resorts are compared, and the quantitative evaluation indexes of life power of scenic spots are revised and applied. This paper takes Zhifang Reservoir tourist Resort as the research object, and applies the revised vitality quantitative model to the planning area by consulting the literature, on-the-spot investigation, drawing lessons from the case and so on, and applies the revised quantitative model to the planning area. And carries on the present situation vitality qualitative and the quantitative appraisal. According to the evaluation grade, it is divided into four sub-regions: landscape restoration area, vegetation water conservation area, general recreation area and core landscape area. The landscape restoration area is mainly restoration; no permanent facilities should be built in the vegetation water conservation area, but only protection; the general recreation area has been developed and utilized on a certain scale, which needs to be further developed according to the present conditions; The development and utilization intensity of the core landscape area is the highest, which is the distribution area of the main scenic spots, and the planning countermeasures are put forward from the four levels of objective, subjective and objective, as well as related factors. According to these characteristics, the layout of the present situation area is carried out according to the local conditions, and the planning structure of "area, one link, seven sub-areas" is formed. This paper re-evaluates the vitality of the planned area and verifies the effect of the theory of landscape tourism area vitality on the overall improvement of the vitality of the planning area at the present stage.
