【摘要】：錦州和葫蘆島作為遼寧省兩個(gè)毗鄰的地級(jí)市，分別在2001年（錦州）和2003年（葫蘆島市）被認(rèn)可為我國(guó)的優(yōu)秀旅游城市。以2013年錦州世界園林博覽會(huì)的成功舉辦為轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)，在區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合大的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)下，兩市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行合作是必然的。本論文從行政邊界角度來(lái)界定兩市的旅游區(qū)域范圍，把錦州、葫蘆島兩個(gè)目的地作為區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合的對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)總結(jié)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合的研究成果，以區(qū)位論、系統(tǒng)論、博弈論中的超可加性、管理學(xué)中的Z理論、空間相互作用理論等為理論基礎(chǔ)，定量與定性分析相結(jié)合，從政府、旅游企業(yè)、旅游資源等多方面及多學(xué)科、多角度對(duì)錦州、葫蘆島的區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。在兩市旅游競(jìng)合關(guān)系研究的基礎(chǔ)上，本文提出了構(gòu)建錦州-葫蘆島“旅游目的地新雙核聯(lián)動(dòng)模型”的思路，整個(gè)模型是一個(gè)由傳送帶連接的兩個(gè)輪子，只有兩個(gè)輪子同步協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作，，在傳輸帶的連接下才能走的更遠(yuǎn)�！靶码p核聯(lián)動(dòng)模型”是區(qū)域間旅游競(jìng)合的一種新模型，其構(gòu)建為兩市區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展提供了新思路。并在本文最后為錦州、葫蘆島的區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合提出了具有科學(xué)性的、可行性的區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制，以保證兩市在區(qū)域旅游競(jìng)合發(fā)展中能夠進(jìn)行合理有序的良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中提升自我,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的基礎(chǔ)上合作；增強(qiáng)兩市間的橫向聯(lián)合，在合作中共同發(fā)展，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)“1+1＞2”的最優(yōu)化收益。
[Abstract]:Jinzhou and Huludao are two adjacent prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province, which were recognized as excellent tourist cities in China in 2001 (Jinzhou) and 2003 (Huludao City). Taking the successful holding of Jinzhou World Garden Expo in 2013 as the turning point, it is inevitable for the two cities to cooperate in the development of tourism industry on the basis of competition under the development trend of regional tourism competition. From the perspective of administrative boundary, this paper defines the tourism regional scope of the two cities, taking Jinzhou and Huludao as the objects of regional tourism competition. Through summing up and analyzing the research results of regional tourism competition at home and abroad, this paper combines quantitative and qualitative analysis with location theory, system theory, superadditivity in game theory, Z theory in management science, spatial interaction theory and so on. This paper studies the regional tourism competition and cooperation between Jinzhou and Huludao from the government, tourism enterprises, tourism resources and so on. On the basis of the study on the relationship between tourism competition and cooperation between the two cities, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the "new dual-core linkage model of tourism destination" between Jinzhou and Huludao. The whole model is a two wheels connected by a conveyor belt. Only when the two wheels synchronize and coordinate, can they go further with the connection of the transmission belt. The "new dual-core linkage model" is a new model of regional tourism competition and cooperation, which provides a new way of thinking for the development of regional tourism in the two cities. At the end of this paper, a scientific and feasible coordination mechanism of regional tourism competition and cooperation is put forward for Jinzhou and Huludao regional tourism competition and cooperation, so as to ensure that the two cities can carry out reasonable and orderly healthy competition in the development of regional tourism competition and cooperation. Improve oneself in competition, cooperate on the basis of competition; Strengthen the horizontal union between the two cities, develop together in cooperation, and finally realize the optimal return of "11 1 > 2".
