【摘要】：選取云南省麗江束河古鎮(zhèn)客棧、餐廳的游客留言作為研究資料,探究古鎮(zhèn)游客的旅游體驗(yàn)及其深層次的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系.借助質(zhì)性分析軟件Nvivo11對文本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編碼,共得到28個(gè)概念和7個(gè)范疇,頻次由高到低分別為個(gè)人情感、印象麗江、旅行經(jīng)歷、人生哲學(xué)、自然環(huán)境、逃離遁世、文化氛圍.并對編碼所得概念進(jìn)行共現(xiàn)分析,通過社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件UCINET構(gòu)建各節(jié)點(diǎn)的共現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明,個(gè)體之間的旅游體驗(yàn)存在很大差異,游客旅游體驗(yàn)具有個(gè)性化、多元化、多層次的特點(diǎn).束河古鎮(zhèn)游客的旅游體驗(yàn)呈現(xiàn)明顯的核心-邊緣三層級結(jié)構(gòu),這是游客、社會(huì)等多主體共同建構(gòu)的結(jié)果.并據(jù)此為相關(guān)旅游經(jīng)營與管理提供借鑒與啟示.
[Abstract]:In order to explore the tourist experience and deep internal structure of the ancient town of Lijiang, Yunnan Province, tourist messages from the hotel and restaurant are selected as the research materials. With the help of qualitative analysis software Nvivo11, 28 concepts and 7 categories are obtained. The frequency from high to low is personal emotion, impression of Lijiang, travel experience, philosophy of life, natural environment, escape from recluse and cultural atmosphere. The cooccurrence structure of each node is constructed by the social network analysis software UCINET. The results show that there are great differences between individuals, and the tourist experience has the characteristics of individuation, diversification and multi-level. The tourist experience of the ancient town of Shuhe presents the core-edge three-level structure, which is the result of the construction of tourists, society and other multi-subjects. And accordingly provides the reference and the enlightenment for the related tourism management and the management.
