安波鎮(zhèn)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:作為二十世紀(jì)的新寵——旅游業(yè),自1992年起以勢(shì)如破竹的氣度盤踞了石油工業(yè)和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球的霸主地位,目前已當(dāng)仁不讓的成為世界規(guī)模最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國(guó)自改革開放30多年來(lái),在全球旅游行業(yè)的蓬勃影響下,亦成為世界上旅游業(yè)發(fā)展最為迅猛的地區(qū)之一,旅游業(yè)正成為支撐我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性的產(chǎn)業(yè)。溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為這一新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,消費(fèi)能力的不斷提升,以及人們對(duì)溫泉旅游這種結(jié)合養(yǎng)生保健、休閑娛樂(lè)為一體旅游模式需求的逐年攀升,省內(nèi)各大城市(地區(qū))以遼寧省發(fā)展溫泉旅游第一大省為契機(jī),加大了對(duì)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資力度,加快推進(jìn)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,采取了若干刺激和擴(kuò)大溫泉旅游消費(fèi)的措施,使得近年來(lái)全省涌現(xiàn)出一波又一波的溫泉旅游投資熱潮。 安波鎮(zhèn)作為遼寧省內(nèi)口碑好、資歷老的溫泉名鎮(zhèn)也迫切的需要借旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的東風(fēng),進(jìn)一步突出自身特點(diǎn),爭(zhēng)取在溫泉行業(yè)的大洗牌中獲得更多的發(fā)展,將優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)揮到最大。本文通過(guò)參閱溫泉旅游的相關(guān)書籍和文獻(xiàn)資料,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析、實(shí)地調(diào)查的研究方法,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等相關(guān)理論,對(duì)安波鎮(zhèn)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析研究。課題首先闡述了溫泉旅游相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)和概念及溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ),其次概括了現(xiàn)階段安波鎮(zhèn)區(qū)位概況、溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程及資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)、市場(chǎng)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和空間分布等產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)安波鎮(zhèn)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析,并提出了行之有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,目的為了能夠彌補(bǔ)鎮(zhèn)域溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的不足,以創(chuàng)新發(fā)展謀求解決安波鎮(zhèn)溫泉產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃、投資、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理中存在的各種問(wèn)題,能夠?yàn)榘膊ㄦ?zhèn)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定指導(dǎo),以便提升安波鎮(zhèn)溫泉旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)安波鎮(zhèn)溫泉產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時(shí)能夠?yàn)槠渌貐^(qū)溫泉旅游發(fā)展提供一定的理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the new favorite of the 20th century, tourism industry has occupied the dominant position of oil industry and automobile industry in the world since 1992, and has become the largest industry in the world. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, under the influence of the global tourism industry, China has become one of the most rapid tourism regions in the world. Tourism is becoming a strategic industry to support the sustainable development of our country. The hot spring tourism industry, as a sunrise industry in this new industry, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and consumption ability, as well as the combination of hot spring tourism and health care, The demand for leisure and entertainment as a whole is rising year by year. Taking Liaoning Province as the first province to develop hot spring tourism, the cities (regions) in the province have increased their investment in the hot spring tourism industry and accelerated the development of the hot spring tourism industry. Some measures have been taken to stimulate and expand the consumption of hot spring tourism. In recent years, there has been a wave of hot spring tourism investment boom in the province. As a famous town with good reputation in Liaoning Province, the old hot spring town also urgently needs to use the Dongfeng tourism industry upgrade, further highlight its own characteristics, strive to obtain more development in the hot spring industry reshuffle, and bring its advantages into full play. Through consulting related books and documents of hot spring tourism, using the research methods of systematic analysis and field investigation, this paper combines the relevant theories of strategic management, marketing, sustainable development, etc. This paper analyzes and studies the hot spring tourism industry in Anbo town. Firstly, this paper expounds the related research documents and concepts of hot spring tourism and the theoretical basis of the development of hot spring tourism industry. Secondly, it summarizes the location of Ambo Town, the development course and resources of hot spring tourism industry, the development of industry, the market of hot spring tourism industry. On the basis of the present situation of competitive environment and spatial distribution, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the development of hot spring tourism industry in Ambo town, and puts forward some effective development strategies, in order to make up for the deficiency of the research on hot spring tourism industry in town area. To solve the problems existing in the planning, investment, management and management of Anbo town's hot spring industry with innovative development, it can provide certain guidance for the development of Anbo town's hot spring tourism industry, so as to enhance the competitiveness of Anbo town's hot spring tourism industry. To realize the sustainable development of the hot spring industry in Ambo town, and to provide some theoretical reference for the development of hot spring tourism in other regions.
