【摘要】：低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期,低碳景區(qū)的創(chuàng)建是降低旅游業(yè)碳排放的重要環(huán)節(jié)。作為理性經(jīng)濟(jì)人,景區(qū)只有在低碳景區(qū)創(chuàng)建能夠增加利潤(rùn)時(shí)才會(huì)自覺(jué)產(chǎn)生該行為�；诔杀尽找娴姆治龇椒�,剖析了低碳景區(qū)創(chuàng)建中需要支出的環(huán)境成本和可獲得的環(huán)境收益。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了政府可以通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)闹贫仍O(shè)計(jì)來(lái)降低低碳景區(qū)創(chuàng)建中的環(huán)境成本,放大環(huán)境收益,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳景區(qū)創(chuàng)建行為的自發(fā)性和長(zhǎng)效性。
[Abstract]:In the period of low-carbon economy, the establishment of low-carbon scenic spot is an important link to reduce the carbon emission of tourism industry. As a rational economic person, the scenic spot will produce this behavior only when the low-carbon scenic spot can increase the profit. Based on the cost-benefit analysis method, this paper analyzes the environmental costs and the environmental benefits that need to be spent in the establishment of low-carbon scenic spots. On this basis, it is put forward that the government can reduce the environmental cost and enlarge the environmental benefits in the establishment of low-carbon scenic spots through appropriate institutional design, so as to realize the spontaneity and long-term effect of the creation behavior of low-carbon scenic spots.
