長沙市露營旅游者動機(jī)與滿意度研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism in China, the traditional tourism has not been able to meet the needs of tourists. Tourists begin to pursue personalized tourism and pay more attention to the experience value of tourism. And eager to travel in the process of experience to complete the realization of nature. The development of the campsite conforms to the needs of the tourists, provides a greater experience of the natural stage for tourists, but also provides a development opportunity for the traditional tourist destinations, which are mainly natural sightseeing. The development of camping tourism abroad is earlier, and the research literature on this aspect is also more extensive. The contents include the construction and development of campsite, product design, camp management, camper behavior and so on. The development of camping tourism in China is late, but it is still in the primary stage. The research contents are mainly about the development and construction of campsite, the product design and so on, but the research on campers' motivation and satisfaction is less. Based on this research background, this paper investigates camping tourists in order to enrich the content. In this paper, the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey was used to study the camping tourists in Changsha. In this paper, 360 effective questionnaires are obtained through field investigation and network questionnaire survey at Bancuang International camping base. The methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to combine tourism experience theory, consumer behavior theory, life form theory, etc. Based on the theory of customer value, this paper analyzes the behavior of campers in Changsha, and analyzes the camping motivation and the properties of campsite by principal component analysis (PCA) and RDA analysis. The "subjective demand" type was the main camping motivation of the respondents; "sanitation, water and electricity facilities (3), site, facility characteristics (such as location, size) (4)", "cleanliness (12) in the camp", The five attributes of "accommodation area management regulations (13)" and "toilet facilities (17)" play a decisive role in the camp selection and camping experience of camping tourists. By comparing the research results of foreign countries, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the main motivation of the respondents is subjective demand motivation; second, the respondents pay more attention to the infrastructure and environmental protection of the campsite; third, Respondents paid little attention to camp services. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion of the study, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of camping tourism and points out the shortcomings of this study.
