茶旅融合與互動(dòng)發(fā)展:模型建構(gòu)與效果測(cè)度——基于浙江省的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:茶旅融合與互動(dòng)發(fā)展是茶產(chǎn)業(yè)及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求,對(duì)于破解茶產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)瓶頸具有重要意義。本研究以浙江省為例,在產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論及耦合理論指導(dǎo)下,構(gòu)建了包含茶旅融合動(dòng)因、融合路徑、融合效益的機(jī)理模型,并通過(guò)構(gòu)建耦合函數(shù)模型對(duì)浙江省茶旅融合情況進(jìn)行實(shí)測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)浙江省茶旅產(chǎn)業(yè)均處于增長(zhǎng)階段,但旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展比茶產(chǎn)業(yè)更慢,且茶產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)具有明顯的引領(lǐng)作用,此外,茶旅融合程度也從失調(diào)狀態(tài)發(fā)展到耦合協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)。最后,本文針對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)浙江省茶旅融合發(fā)展,突破茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展難題,實(shí)現(xiàn)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),從產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、加強(qiáng)宣傳、完善配套、培育一體化品牌4個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Tea tourism integration and interactive development is the inherent demand of tea industry and tourism industry development, and it is of great significance to solve the bottleneck of tea industry profit growth. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, under the guidance of industry convergence theory and coupling theory, a mechanism model including the motivation, path and benefit of tea tourism integration is constructed. By constructing the coupling function model, the authors found that the tea tourism industry of Zhejiang Province is growing, but the development of tourism industry is slower than that of tea industry, and the tea industry has obvious leading role to tourism industry. In addition, the degree of tea brigade fusion has also developed from a state of imbalance to a state of coupling and coordination. Finally, this paper aims at how to further promote the integration of tea tourism in Zhejiang Province, break through the difficult problems of tea industry development, realize the transformation and upgrading of tea industry, and improve the matching from product innovation, publicity and improvement. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in four aspects of cultivating integrated brand.
