城市旅游飯店低碳行為影響因素作用機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著旅游對(duì)氣候影響的作用逐漸被認(rèn)識(shí),旅游業(yè)的碳排放問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)關(guān)注。作為旅游業(yè)第二大碳排放途徑,旅游飯店的低碳研究數(shù)量與其重要性、緊迫性不成正比。飯店產(chǎn)品的無(wú)形性、差異性、生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)同步性等特點(diǎn)導(dǎo)致碳排放難度量、單位產(chǎn)量碳排放不確定、低碳管理具有挑戰(zhàn)性等低碳研究的特殊性,其專項(xiàng)研究刻不容緩。研究以能耗相對(duì)顯著的城市旅游飯店為研究對(duì)象,在理論基礎(chǔ)和文獻(xiàn)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用質(zhì)性研究的訪談研究方法,通過(guò)編碼歸納出城市旅游飯店低碳行為的七個(gè)影響因素,并通過(guò)案例研究初步驗(yàn)證了七個(gè)影響因素的作用。隨后通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的研究方法,對(duì)242家城市旅游飯店進(jìn)行定量研究。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)描述、方差分析、相關(guān)分析、因子分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,逐步構(gòu)建了城市旅游飯店的低碳行為影響因素作用機(jī)制模型,揭示城市旅游飯店低碳行為的內(nèi)外影響因素的作用機(jī)理。研究主要有以下三方面成果: 第一,質(zhì)性研究與量化研究相結(jié)合,實(shí)證探索了城市旅游飯店低碳行為的影響因素集,開發(fā)了城市旅游飯店低碳行為的本土化量表,了解了中國(guó)城市旅游飯店低碳行為現(xiàn)狀。 通過(guò)訪談的研究方法,對(duì)城市旅游飯店高層管理人員進(jìn)行訪談?wù){(diào)查,初步歸納出社會(huì)規(guī)范、政府規(guī)制、微觀市場(chǎng)三個(gè)飯店外部影響因素,以及低碳管理、技術(shù)設(shè)備、感知效益、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任四個(gè)飯店內(nèi)部影響因素。在外部性理論、市場(chǎng)和企業(yè)倫理理論、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任等理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論爭(zhēng)議問(wèn)題入手,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究,提出研究假設(shè)。隨后通過(guò)兩次數(shù)據(jù)收集,采用探索性因子分析和驗(yàn)證性因子分析等定量研究方法,開發(fā)了具有中國(guó)城市旅游飯店本土化特點(diǎn)的低碳行為影響因素測(cè)量量表,探索了各影響因素的關(guān)系和作用機(jī)理。制定了以員工低碳行為、管理者低碳行為、決策者低碳行為三個(gè)層次的低碳行為水平測(cè)度辦法,并運(yùn)用該量表對(duì)城市旅游飯店的低碳行為進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解了中國(guó)城市旅游飯店低碳行為現(xiàn)狀。 第二,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市旅游飯店低碳行為影響因素作用的層次性,構(gòu)建了飯店低碳行為影響因素作用機(jī)制模型,實(shí)證證明了我國(guó)城市旅游飯店當(dāng)前企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任匱乏的現(xiàn)狀。 結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型顯示,飯店低碳行為的影響因素是具有不同層次和作用程度的影響因素集。通過(guò)多層次的直接和間接作用,形成飯店低碳行為的影響因素作用機(jī)制模型。研究探究了企業(yè)內(nèi)外影響因素的作用機(jī)理,對(duì)城市旅游飯店低碳行為提出了的理論解釋,為企業(yè)、市場(chǎng)、政府低碳行為提供決策依據(jù)。研究實(shí)證證明了飯店感知效益對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任正向影響。證實(shí)了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理論爭(zhēng)議觀點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)存在性。并由研究模型推斷出中國(guó)城市旅游飯店當(dāng)前的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任匱乏的重要結(jié)論。 第三,在中國(guó)城市旅游飯店的情境下,將社會(huì)規(guī)范納入飯店低碳行為影響因素中,完善了現(xiàn)有研究文獻(xiàn)多注重經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,而比較忽視社會(huì)因素的現(xiàn)狀,豐富了旅游企業(yè)低碳研究的視角。 采用訪談方法編碼歸納出城市旅游飯店低碳行為影響因素,跳出外部性理論單一的分析視角,提出將社會(huì)規(guī)范納入城市旅游飯店低碳的影響因素中,在進(jìn)行大量問(wèn)卷調(diào)查之后,獲得了我國(guó)城市旅游飯店低碳行為影響因素的第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),并利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模,對(duì)七個(gè)影響因素的復(fù)雜關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),證實(shí)了社會(huì)規(guī)范在飯店低碳行為的重要作用。研究結(jié)論為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和倫理學(xué)“沖突和矛盾”的關(guān)系提出了實(shí)證依據(jù),為今后解決飯店企業(yè)低碳問(wèn)題提供了新的路徑和方法。還實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了規(guī)制理論在飯店低碳行為的應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了市場(chǎng)環(huán)境對(duì)政府規(guī)制的直接作用,同時(shí)得出了社會(huì)規(guī)范影響微觀市場(chǎng)和政府規(guī)制的重要結(jié)論,研究結(jié)論對(duì)規(guī)制理論的分歧問(wèn)題、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與倫理學(xué)的對(duì)立統(tǒng)一問(wèn)題、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任動(dòng)因問(wèn)題有了實(shí)證領(lǐng)域的驗(yàn)證和見解,進(jìn)一步豐富了旅游企業(yè)低碳研究的視角。
[Abstract]:As the second largest way of carbon emission in tourism industry, the amount of low-carbon research in tourist hotels is not proportional to its importance and urgency. The invisibility, diversity, synchronization of production and consumption of hotel products lead to carbon emissions. It is urgent to study the particularities of low-carbon research, such as the amount of difficulty, the uncertainty of carbon emissions per unit output, and the challenge of low-carbon management. Seven influencing factors of low-carbon behavior in urban tourism hotels were identified and the effects of seven influencing factors were preliminarily verified by case study. Then 242 urban tourism hotels were quantitatively studied by questionnaire survey. Through statistical description, variance analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and structural equation model, a gradual construction was made. The model reveals the mechanism of the internal and external factors influencing the low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels.
Firstly, combining qualitative research with quantitative research, this paper empirically explores the influencing factors of low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels, develops a localization scale of low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels, and understands the status quo of low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels in China.
Through interviewing and investigating senior managers of urban tourist hotels, this paper summarizes three external factors of hotels: social norms, government regulations and micro-market, and four internal factors of hotels: low-carbon management, technical equipment, perceived benefits and corporate social responsibility. On the basis of ethical theory and corporate social responsibility theory, starting with theoretical controversies and combining with literature research, this paper puts forward research hypothesis. Then through two data collections, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to explore the impact of low-carbon behavior on the localization of urban tourism hotels in China. Factor measurement scale explores the relationship and mechanism of various influencing factors. It establishes a low-carbon behavior level measurement method based on three levels: low-carbon behavior of employees, low-carbon behavior of managers and low-carbon behavior of decision-makers. It also uses the scale to investigate low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels and to understand the low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels in China. For the status quo.
Secondly, this paper finds out the hierarchy of influencing factors of low-carbon behavior of urban tourism hotels, and constructs a mechanism model of influencing factors of low-carbon behavior of hotels, which demonstrates the current situation of lack of corporate social responsibility of urban tourism hotels in China.
Structural equation model shows that the influencing factors of low-carbon Hotel behavior are set of influencing factors with different levels and degrees of action. Through multi-level direct and indirect effects, the influencing factors mechanism model of low-carbon Hotel behavior is formed. This paper puts forward a theoretical explanation to provide decision-making basis for enterprises, markets and government low-carbon behavior. The empirical study proves that perceived benefits of hotels have a positive impact on corporate social responsibility. Important conclusions of var.
Thirdly, in the case of China's urban tourism hotels, social norms are incorporated into the influencing factors of low-carbon Hotel behavior, which perfects the current research literature which pays more attention to economic factors and neglects social factors, thus enriching the perspective of low-carbon research of tourism enterprises.
By using interview method, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of low-carbon behavior of urban tourist hotels, jumps out of the single analysis perspective of externality theory, and puts forward that social norms should be included in the influencing factors of low-carbon behavior of urban tourist hotels. After a large number of questionnaires, the first-hand data of influencing factors of low-carbon behavior of urban tourist hotels in China are obtained. Using structural equation modeling, this paper makes an empirical test on the complex relationship among seven factors, confirms the important role of social norms in low-carbon behavior of hotels. It also empirically tests the application of regulation theory in low-carbon behavior of hotels, verifies the direct effect of market environment on government regulation, and draws important conclusions that social norms affect micro-market and government regulation, and studies the divergence of regulation theory, the unity of opposites between economics and ethics, and the motivation of corporate social responsibility. With the validation and insights from the empirical field, the problem has further enriched the perspective of low-carbon tourism research.
