【摘要】：方正剪紙是方正古老的民間文化藝術(shù)，它有悠久的歷史淵源和豐富的文化內(nèi)涵，多數(shù)是以方正的民間的歷史作為題材，通過特殊的視角來詮釋方正民俗風情。在其漫長曲折的發(fā)展過程中，形成了不同時期、不同地域的創(chuàng)作成就，，吸取了我國北方剪紙的粗獷蒼勁和南方雕刻的玲瓏剔透，在藝術(shù)風格上兼收并蓄，自成一體，形成了獨特的藝術(shù)風格。方正剪紙在日常生活的應用十分廣泛，從手工窗花的樣品漸漸發(fā)展普及到人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹姆椒矫婷�，包括室�?nèi)裝飾、報刊題花、禮品裝飾、標志設計、廣告宣傳、影視媒體、插圖書簽等，具有非常濃厚的藝術(shù)性、觀賞性和裝飾性，都受到了廣大群眾的喜愛。從此，方正剪紙聞名全國乃至世界。 方正剪紙相傳已有近二百多年的歷史。方正剪紙，黑龍江省方正縣民間手工技藝，也是黑龍江省哈爾濱市的一個地方特色產(chǎn)品。方正剪紙鄉(xiāng)土氣息濃郁，圖案簡潔明朗，概括力強，式樣繁多，內(nèi)容豐富，工藝細膩，在創(chuàng)作觀念和整體創(chuàng)作上基本打破了陳陳相因的民間剪紙模式范疇，感染力、趣味性強，自然大方，藝術(shù)語言更加明朗化，風格日臻完善。2008年6月，“方正剪紙”被中華人民共和國文化部列為“國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)”。 當今時代，科技發(fā)展使人類的日益超越純粹的物質(zhì)生存于生活方式，文化成為了民族精神的符號、國家實力的象征、個人身份的標志；文化產(chǎn)業(yè)則成為新的、最重要的的經(jīng)濟增長點和國際競爭的重點，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟中的比例高低標志著國家的實力。及日、韓等國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)起步早、發(fā)展快，已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，并占據(jù)了全球產(chǎn)業(yè)的大部分份額。而我國是經(jīng)濟文化大國，我國的文化更是源遠流長，而非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)更是我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分，是我國的文化瑰寶。它需要發(fā)展，也需要產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Fangzheng paper-cut is an ancient folk culture and art of Fangzheng. It has a long historical origin and rich cultural connotation. Most of them take Fangzheng's folk history as the subject matter and interpret the folk customs of Fangzheng from a special angle of view. In its long and tortuous development process, has formed the different time, the different region's creation achievement, has absorbed our country north paper-cut rough strength and the south carving exquisite wrought, in the artistic style eclectic, self-made, Formed a unique artistic style. Fangzheng paper-cut is widely used in daily life. From the sample of hand-made window flower to every aspect of people's daily life, including interior decoration, newspaper theme flower, gift decoration, logo design, advertising, film and television media, Illustration bookmarks, with very strong artistic, ornamental and decorative, have been loved by the masses. Since then, Fangzheng paper-cut famous all over the country and even the world. Fangzheng paper-cut legend has been nearly 200 years of history. Fangzheng paper-cut, Fangzheng County, Heilongjiang Province folk handicraft, is also a local feature of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. Fangzheng paper-cut has a strong local flavor, a concise and clear pattern, strong generalization power, various styles, rich contents, and exquisite workmanship. It basically breaks Chen Xiangyin's folk paper-cut pattern category in terms of creative concept and overall creation. It is contagious and interesting. Natural and generous, artistic language is more clear, style is becoming more perfect. In June 2008, "Fang Zheng paper-cut" was listed as "national intangible cultural heritage" by the Ministry of Culture of the people's Republic of China. Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, human beings are increasingly surpassing the pure material to live in the way of life. Culture has become the symbol of national spirit, the symbol of national strength, the symbol of personal identity, and the cultural industry has become a new one. The most important economic growth point and the focus of international competition, the proportion of cultural industry in the economy indicates the strength of the country. And Japan, Korea and other countries cultural industry started early, rapid development, has become an important pillar industry of the national economy, and occupied the majority of the global industry share. Our country is a big country of economy and culture, and our culture has a long history, and the intangible cultural heritage is an important part of our cultural industry and a cultural treasure of our country. It needs development as well as industry.
