高鐵建設(shè)對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游的影響分析

【摘要】:我國(guó)已進(jìn)入高鐵時(shí)代,各地高速鐵路建設(shè)得如火如荼。在迎面而來(lái)的高鐵時(shí)代,需要認(rèn)真思考的是,泰寧丹霞旅游業(yè)怎樣利用自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),把握高鐵時(shí)代的發(fā)展良機(jī),推動(dòng)泰寧丹霞旅游業(yè)穩(wěn)定和諧發(fā)展;诖,針對(duì)高鐵時(shí)代怎樣抓住發(fā)展良機(jī)推動(dòng)泰寧丹霞旅游的一體化發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)其今后發(fā)展有著重要的意義。首先闡述高速鐵路與旅游業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論。闡述高速鐵路的概念、高速鐵路的特點(diǎn),分析高速鐵路對(duì)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。其次,通過(guò)調(diào)查客源市場(chǎng)規(guī)模變化及市場(chǎng)空間分布變化,闡述泰寧丹霞旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式,分析泰寧丹霞旅游市場(chǎng)的認(rèn)知態(tài)度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游客源市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,主要包括:游客性別比例、職業(yè)構(gòu)成、人均消費(fèi)、出游決策、出行方式、旅游動(dòng)機(jī)、住宿意愿、對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式看法及對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游做法擔(dān)憂之處等方面,分析高鐵對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游的影響。進(jìn)而運(yùn)用ASEB柵格分析法分析高鐵對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游的影響,如:旅游總?cè)藬?shù)、現(xiàn)有交通客流量、周末旅游、食宿和文化娛樂(lè)、旅游線路和產(chǎn)品需求旅游地產(chǎn)等,借此分析高鐵對(duì)泰寧丹霞旅游帶來(lái)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、威脅等最后提出高鐵開(kāi)通背景下泰寧丹霞旅游發(fā)展的對(duì)策,主要包括:調(diào)整和完善旅游規(guī)劃、大力開(kāi)發(fā)特色旅游產(chǎn)品、完備并提高城市接待效能、深化沿線地區(qū)的分工與合作、不斷拓展客源市場(chǎng)范圍、加強(qiáng)"最后一公里"的管理。
[Abstract]:Our country has entered the era of high-speed railway, the construction of high-speed railway is in full swing. In the oncoming era of high-speed rail, what needs to be seriously considered is how to make use of the advantages of the tourism industry of Taining Danxia, grasp the development opportunities of the era of high-speed rail, and promote the stable and harmonious development of the tourism industry of Taining Danxia. Based on this, it is of great significance to study how to seize the opportunity to promote the integrated development of Taining Danxia tourism in the high-speed railway era. First of all, the development of high-speed railway and tourism related theories. This paper expounds the concept of high-speed railway, the characteristics of high-speed railway, and analyzes the influence of high-speed railway on the development of tourism industry. Secondly, by investigating the changes of the scale of the tourist market and the change of the market spatial distribution, this paper expounds the tourism development model of Taining Danxia, and analyzes the cognitive attitude of the tourism market of Taining Danxia. On this basis, a further investigation and analysis of the Taining Danxia tourist market, including: sex ratio of tourists, career composition, per capita consumption, travel decision-making, travel mode, tourism motivation, accommodation willingness, This paper analyzes the influence of high-speed rail on Taining Danxia tourism in terms of its views on its tourism development model and its worries about its tourism practices. Then using ASEB grid analysis method to analyze the impact of high-speed rail on Taining Danxia tourism, such as: total number of tourism, existing traffic flow, weekend tourism, accommodation and cultural entertainment, tourism routes and products demand tourism real estate, etc. In order to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats brought by high-speed rail to the tourism of Taining Danxia, and finally put forward the countermeasures for the tourism development of Taining Danxia under the background of the opening of the high-speed railway, mainly including: adjusting and improving tourism planning, vigorously developing tourism products with characteristics. Complete and improve the efficiency of urban reception, deepen the division of labor and cooperation along the line, constantly expand the scope of the tourist market, and strengthen the management of "last kilometer".
