【摘要】：2010年，舟山被批準(zhǔn)為“國(guó)家旅游綜合改革試點(diǎn)城市”之后，舟山漁農(nóng)村旅游迎來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。2011年6月30日，國(guó)務(wù)院正式批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立浙江舟山群島新區(qū)，舟山成為我國(guó)首個(gè)以海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)為主題的國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)。在區(qū)位條件、資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和重大政策的推動(dòng)下，舟山群島新區(qū)漁農(nóng)村旅游業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出方興未艾之勢(shì)，形成了一批經(jīng)典海島漁農(nóng)村休閑度假產(chǎn)品，具有漁農(nóng)村特色的鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛，已成為舟山旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)新亮點(diǎn)。與此同時(shí)，一些制約舟山群島新區(qū)漁農(nóng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)，如項(xiàng)目低水平重復(fù)建設(shè)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)秩序混亂、漁農(nóng)家樂旅游產(chǎn)品雷同、項(xiàng)目形式單一、漁農(nóng)村旅游從業(yè)人員缺乏系統(tǒng)有效的培訓(xùn)等。這些問(wèn)題影響著舟山漁農(nóng)村旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，，亟待我們?nèi)ソ鉀Q。 本文試圖采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、SWOT分析法、ASEB柵格分析法等定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法，根據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、旅游學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的知識(shí)，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)舟山群島新區(qū)漁農(nóng)村旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析，并合理規(guī)劃、引導(dǎo)，提出實(shí)施漁農(nóng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施，為推動(dòng)舟山群島新區(qū)漁農(nóng)村旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供智力支持和決策參考。
[Abstract]:After Zhoushan was approved as a pilot city for comprehensive national tourism reform in 2010, rural tourism in Zhoushan has seen unprecedented development opportunities. On June 30, 2011, the State Council officially approved the establishment of a new Zhoushan archipelago district in Zhejiang Province. Zhoushan has become the first state-level new area with marine economy as its theme. Driven by regional conditions, resource advantages and major policies, the rural tourism industry in the new area of Zhoushan Archipelago is in the ascendant, forming a number of classic island fishery and rural leisure products. The rural tourism, which has the characteristics of fishing and fishing, has developed rapidly and has become a new bright spot in the development of Zhoushan tourism. At the same time, some problems restricting the sustainable development of fishery tourism in the new area of Zhoushan Archipelago have gradually emerged, such as the low level repeated construction of the project, the confusion of market competition order, the similarity of the tourism products of the fishing farm and the joy of fishing, and the single form of the project. Rural tourism workers lack systematic and effective training. These problems affect the sustainable development of rural tourism in Zhoushan. This paper attempts to combine qualitative and quantitative methods, such as literature analysis, field investigation and ASEB grid analysis, according to the knowledge of related disciplines such as sustainable development theory, tourism, ecology, sociology, etc. Drawing on the successful experience of the development of rural tourism at home and abroad, this paper makes a deep analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the development of rural tourism in the new area of Zhoushan Archipelago, and puts forward the strategic measures to implement the sustainable development of the fishery rural tourism. It provides intellectual support and decision-making reference for promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism in Zhoushan archipelago.
