【摘要】:旅游演藝是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)是旅游業(yè)與演藝業(yè)相互融合而產(chǎn)生的新型旅游業(yè)態(tài)。國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于旅游業(yè)態(tài)的研究始于2005年,值得注意的是我國(guó)旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)雖然發(fā)展較晚,但是發(fā)展速度快且影響力大,形成了自身獨(dú)特的發(fā)展模式,極具研究?jī)r(jià)值。鑒于目前還沒有學(xué)者從微觀角度對(duì)旅游業(yè)態(tài)的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的研究,本文基于文獻(xiàn)分析和實(shí)地調(diào)查,對(duì)旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,從業(yè)態(tài)構(gòu)成要素視角對(duì)張家界旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,一方面推動(dòng)了旅游業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的理論研究,另一方面也在實(shí)踐上為張家界地區(qū)旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供建議和參考。文章從“旅游業(yè)態(tài)”、“旅游演藝”的概念和旅游業(yè)態(tài)構(gòu)成要素方面的研究入手,結(jié)合訪談法和數(shù)據(jù)分析法提出旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)的構(gòu)成要素,運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件采用探索性因子分析法萃取出四大一級(jí)構(gòu)成要素:組織形式、經(jīng)營(yíng)方式、旅游產(chǎn)品和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,并運(yùn)用AMOS17.0軟件,采用極大似然法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)和測(cè)量模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因子分析,驗(yàn)證了構(gòu)成要素提出的科學(xué)性與合理性。根據(jù)二級(jí)構(gòu)成要素編制調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)張家界旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,調(diào)查對(duì)象涉及旅游演藝企業(yè)管理人員、政府相關(guān)部門工作人員、旅行社工作人員、導(dǎo)游人員、當(dāng)?shù)匚幕瘋鞒姓、民眾和旅游專家。針?duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果,用均值大小反映此要素的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差來(lái)反映此要素得分的離散程度。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)目前張家界旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展在表演形式、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、經(jīng)營(yíng)宗旨、關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容、差異化、利潤(rùn)能力8個(gè)二級(jí)要素方面發(fā)展較差,主要問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)在:在組織形式方面表現(xiàn)為表演形式單一,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不足;經(jīng)營(yíng)方式方面表現(xiàn)為營(yíng)銷模式多樣化,但利用效率不高,而且關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)有待加強(qiáng);旅游產(chǎn)品方面表現(xiàn)為旅游演藝產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新性不足,產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容主題單一,產(chǎn)品差異化不明顯;經(jīng)濟(jì)效益方面則是利潤(rùn)能力有待加強(qiáng)。據(jù)此出張家界旅游演藝業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的建議,包括精心對(duì)旅游演出場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行建設(shè)、增加旅游演藝產(chǎn)品的表演形式、增加旅游演藝企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷渠道、重視與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上企業(yè)的關(guān)系、借助于政府的指導(dǎo)、支持宏觀規(guī)劃和多元融資、豐富旅游演藝產(chǎn)品的類型及不斷創(chuàng)作新的高質(zhì)量的旅游演藝產(chǎn)品等。
[Abstract]:Tourism performing arts is the product of the integration and development of tourism industry and cultural industry. Tourism performing arts industry is a new type of tourism industry which is produced by the mutual integration of tourism and performing arts industry. The domestic research on tourism form began in 2005. It is worth noting that although the development of tourism performing arts in China is relatively late, it has a rapid development speed and great influence, which has formed its own unique development model and has great research value. In view of the fact that no scholar has made a systematic and comprehensive study on the composition of tourism business form from a micro perspective, this paper, based on literature analysis and field investigation, has subdivided the elements of tourism performing arts form. The present situation and problems of the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts form are studied from the angle of the essential factors of the form of business. On the one hand, it promotes the theoretical study of the development of the tourism industry. On the other hand, it also provides suggestions and references for the further development of tourism performing arts in Zhangjiajie area. This paper begins with the research on the concepts of "tourism industry", "tourism performing arts" and the constituent elements of tourism performance, and puts forward the constituent elements of tourism performance form by combining the interview method and the data analysis method. By using SPSS 17.0 software and exploratory factor analysis method, four primary components were extracted: organizational form, management mode, tourism products and economic benefits, and AMOS17.0 software was used. The method of maximum likelihood is used to analyze the data and the measurement model, which verifies the scientific and reasonable of the component elements. According to the questionnaire compiled by the secondary constituent elements, the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts business is investigated. The objects of the investigation include the managers of the tourism performing arts enterprises, the staff of the relevant government departments, the staff of the travel agencies, the tour guides, Local cultural inheritors, people and tourism experts. According to the survey results, the average value is used to reflect the development of this factor, and the standard deviation is used to reflect the discrete degree of the factor score. The investigation found that at present, the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts format is poor in the aspects of performance form, infrastructure, business purpose, relationship network, product innovation, product content, differentiation, and profit ability. The main problems are as follows: the organization form is single, the infrastructure construction is insufficient, the marketing mode is diversified, but the utilization efficiency is not high, and the relationship network needs to be strengthened. In the aspect of tourism products, the innovation of tourism performing arts products is insufficient, the content of products is single, the differentiation of products is not obvious, and the profit ability needs to be strengthened in the aspect of economic benefits. Based on this, some suggestions for the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts industry are put forward, including the careful construction of tourism performing venues, the increase of the performance forms of tourism performing arts products, the increase of marketing channels for tourism performing arts enterprises, and the emphasis on the relationship with enterprises in the tourism industry chain. With the guidance of the government, we support macro planning and multi-financing, enrich the types of tourism performing products and constantly create new high-quality tourism performing arts products
