【摘要】：旅游開發(fā)已成為近年來城市歷史文化街區(qū)復(fù)興的主要方式之一,但盲目的旅游開發(fā)易給街區(qū)內(nèi)的遺產(chǎn)造成無法彌補的損失,有必要對其進(jìn)行適宜性評價。傳統(tǒng)的旅游資源及其適宜性評價模型過度強調(diào)旅游資源本身的價值,已無法滿足對于社會和生態(tài)環(huán)境有較強依賴性的城市歷史文化街區(qū)資源的需要�；诖�,提出了適應(yīng)城市歷史文化街區(qū)發(fā)展需要的旅游開發(fā)適宜性評價模型,指標(biāo)突出了歷史文化街區(qū)和旅游開發(fā)的本質(zhì),包括旅游資源質(zhì)量、社會和生態(tài)環(huán)境、配套設(shè)施和開發(fā)潛力四個方面。以南京市8個重點歷史文化街區(qū)為例,運用熵值法與層次分析法中的和積法相結(jié)合的賦權(quán)方法進(jìn)行實證分析,驗證了模型的可操作性及其在歷史文化街區(qū)旅游發(fā)展背景下的指導(dǎo)價值。
[Abstract]:Tourism development has become one of the main ways of urban historical and cultural district revival in recent years, but blind tourism development is easy to cause irreparable losses to the heritage of the block, so it is necessary to evaluate its suitability. The traditional evaluation model of tourism resources and its suitability overemphasizes the value of tourism resources and can not meet the needs of urban historical and cultural district resources which depend on social and ecological environment. Based on this, this paper puts forward a suitable evaluation model of tourism development for the development of urban historical and cultural blocks. The indicators highlight the essence of historical and cultural blocks and tourism development, including the quality of tourism resources, social and ecological environment. Supporting facilities and development potential in four areas. Taking eight important historical and cultural blocks in Nanjing as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis by using the weighting method of entropy value method combined with the sum product method of AHP. It verifies the maneuverability of the model and its guiding value under the background of historical and cultural district tourism development.
