【摘要】：無為剔墨紗燈具有百年的發(fā)展史,蘊含著當(dāng)?shù)厮氂械奈幕厣酮殑?chuàng)的傳統(tǒng)手工技藝,但無為剔墨紗燈的發(fā)展并非一帆風(fēng)順由于受到歷史戰(zhàn)亂和災(zāi)荒的影響,無為剔墨紗燈產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸下降,工藝技術(shù)幾乎失傳。傳統(tǒng)手工藝是民間文化在中國的一個重要組成部分,隨著市場的發(fā)展和進步,許多傳統(tǒng)工藝不可避免的衰落下來并且面臨著生存的困境,這時傳統(tǒng)的工藝品自然引起了人們越來越多的關(guān)注的命運。我選擇了作為民間文化形式之一的無為剔墨紗燈為考察的具體對象,對無為剔墨紗燈的歷史、文化、價值、工藝特點和產(chǎn)品發(fā)展進程的總結(jié)。著重對無為剔墨紗燈活動進行微觀考察,找出并分析無為剔墨紗燈的衰落甚至消亡的原因。最后結(jié)合具有針對性的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)策略對無為剔墨紗燈產(chǎn)品進行開發(fā),激發(fā)其市場潛能、創(chuàng)造出新的經(jīng)濟增長點,為無為剔墨紗燈的工藝傳承和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)尋找出新的路徑便于其更好的發(fā)展。 首先,闡述我國目前現(xiàn)有的傳統(tǒng)手工藝發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和市場前景,結(jié)合無為剔墨紗燈的現(xiàn)狀進行剖析和深度解讀,從而提出本課題研究的意義、價值。其次對無為地方進行概述以及針對無為剔墨紗燈發(fā)展的歷史、制作工具以及工藝流程進行闡述。接下來,對無為剔墨紗燈現(xiàn)有的狀況以及現(xiàn)存的問題進行大略的統(tǒng)計,以便我們對無為剔墨紗燈的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)有個大致的概念和總體的認(rèn)識,找到令其興衰的原因,并同時找出開發(fā)無為剔墨紗燈將要面臨的發(fā)展阻礙。最后,根據(jù)無為剔墨紗燈所呈現(xiàn)出的種種問題,提出科學(xué)、有效、可持續(xù)的保護方法,并利用現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計理念及方法,從產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和設(shè)計思維相結(jié)合的視角出發(fā),提出一些有建設(shè)性、科學(xué)性、可行性的方法構(gòu)想,破解無為剔墨紗燈發(fā)展過程中的難題。 本論文的重點在于,針對無為剔墨紗燈工藝流程中所具有的獨特之處、現(xiàn)存發(fā)展的問題、創(chuàng)新中遇到的瓶頸等。結(jié)合無為剔墨紗燈本身獨有的特性和社會背景、地域文化等因素,融入現(xiàn)代設(shè)計理論和方法,提出可以切實保護無為剔墨紗燈的傳承和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的方法及策略。
[Abstract]:Ink lamp has a hundred years history of development and contains unique local cultural characteristics and unique traditional craftsmanship. However, the development of this lamp is not smooth because of the influence of historical war and famine. The industry of mottled yarn lamp declined gradually, and the process technology was almost lost. Traditional handicraft is an important part of folk culture in China. With the development and progress of the market, many traditional crafts inevitably decline and face the dilemma of survival. At this time, the traditional arts and crafts naturally caused more and more people to pay attention to the fate. As one of the forms of folk culture, I choose the Wuwei tick yarn lamp as the specific object of investigation, and summarize the history, culture, value, technological characteristics and product development process of the no-action weeding yarn lamp. In this paper, the microcosmic investigation is made on the activities of no-action tick yarn lamp to find out and analyze the reason of decline and even disappearing of non-action tick yarn lamp. Finally, combining with the targeted product development strategy to develop the light lamp product, stimulate its market potential, and create a new economic growth point. To find a new way for the process inheritance and new product development of mottled yarn lamp for its better development. Firstly, the present situation, problems and market prospect of traditional handicraft in our country are expounded, and the significance and value of this research are put forward. Secondly, the development history, production tools and technological process of Wuwei Mox lamp are described. Next, we will make a general survey of the current situation and existing problems of the no-action tick lamp, so that we can have a general concept and a general understanding of the product development of the no-action tick yarn lamp, and find out the reasons for its rise and fall. And at the same time to find out the development of the mottled yarn lamp will be faced with the development of obstacles. Finally, according to the various problems presented by the no-action tick yarn lamp, the scientific, effective and sustainable protection method is put forward, and the modern design concept and method are used to combine the product development and design thinking. This paper puts forward some constructive, scientific and feasible methods to solve the problems in the development process of ink-shaving lamp. The emphasis of this paper is on the unique features, the existing development problems, the bottlenecks encountered in innovation and so on. Combined with the unique characteristics and social background, regional culture and other factors, the paper puts forward the methods and strategies which can protect the inheritance and development of the new product.
